  • Fantastic property in every respect.

"This property is simply magnificent, and contributed so much to the wonderfully relaxing time we had in Puerto Vallarta. It was such a joy to begin and end each day with awe inspiring view of the Pacific. It was a great vantage point for fireworks, especially for the spectacular New Year's Eve show. There were 6 of us in our family and there was plenty of bedroom and living space, all very well-appointed and comfortable. We enjoy cooking together on vacation and in some rentals we have had in the past, that has been challenging. That is not the case here. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped with a variety of pots, pans and plenty of dishes, with a 6 burner gas stove with grill, griddle, and oven. There was also an outdoor grill, which we did not use, if you want to cook poolside. The refrigerator was large and clean, and plenty of fresh clean water available. The pool area was wonderful. A great place for a dip, or to relax with a good book in one of the chaise lounges under an umbrella. We enjoyed the TV room, watching some movies we had brought with us on DVD, and some good novels on the bookshelf. The condo is very well maintained, the furnishings very comfortable, and it is filled with art. The three bedrooms each have their own tiled bathrooms, all with showers, one with a huge tub, and each with a different tile motif. The beds were comfortable, with mosquito netting, ceiling fans, and when the weather is hotter, are air conditioned. The cleaning staff were very hard working and kept the place spotless, and did a wonderful job with our laundry. Humberto Garcia, the manager, is helpful and friendly. He took us grocery shopping, made reservations for our two dinners out, advised us about bus travel, how to get to the airport, etc. The Bistro down the street where we had our New Year's Eve dinner is a beautiful spot with good food and service. A lively and diverse beach is close by, and it was not difficult to cross the road, which is busy at times but with breaks in traffic. Shopping and restaurants are within waling distance, taxis are readily available with regulated fares. We typically paid $4 to $6 to return to Casa Encandtada and Villa Emily . We enjoyed browsing the art galleries and shops, including a food market on Emiliano Zapata. We were amazed at our good fortune to find such an exquisite place to enjoy our holiday together."

  • Great Condo

"My husband and I live only 6 hours from Puerto Vallarta, so we only stayed in the condo for 2 nights. We wished we could have spent more time there. The condo was extremely comfortable and well equipped, the staff was excellent, and the views from balcony were awesome!! We would definitely stay in this condo again."

  • Awesome View - Great Stay

"We loved staying here for a week mid-April. Most mornings we walked down the stairs to malecon, had breakfast, hit starbucks and then the casino and then walked to the Ley grocery store, bought groceries for dinner and cabbed it back when we were done walking for the day (700 pesos). In the evenings we made steak tacos on the outside grill. Some days we walked all over the Zona Romantica and Centro and checked out the many shops. The place was mexican 80's style, was clean and had everything you needed for a very calm, relaxing stay. It was very spacious, even for 2 bedrooms. We were very hot at first without the A/C, but after a day or two we adjusted and it was fine even with the humidity. We stayed in most afternoon and evenings. The pool was nice, everyone was friendly, including the neighbors, but it seemed like there was hardly anyone here. If you need something at the front desk ring the big bell and someone working during the day will come. Tip on the television, turn on SAP mode on the remote and you'll hear the secondary audio in English as the default of many channels is Spanish -- although we hardly ever watched TV. The wi-fi was excellent. Our Tmobile signal was excellent too. Overall it was an excellent stay, very relaxing and I was sad to leave. Although it was only 2 of us, this place would be excellent for a family with kids."

  • Copa De Oro in El Centro, Puerto Vallarta

"Mr. and Mrs. Malm, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta. My husband and I spent Sept 6th thru the 13th at your Copa De Oro condo. We were very pleased with the location and the security we experienced. Your property manager was delightful to work with and the detailed instructions were a huge help. This condo had everything we needed (except I forgot my hairdryer) for a very comfortable stay. We would recommend your condo to our friends and have logged your information for a future stay for us. Thank you again for the hospitality. Sam and Becky Fertitta"
