  • Cozy and lovely condo

"We thoroughly enjoyed this cheery, well decorated in authentic Mexican style condo. It is extremely comfortable and very cozy. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and bars, easy access to everything. It is also private so you feel so relaxed when you come in from a day on the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and patio area. Jose, the inn keeper and Angelina are lovely. We highly recommend this condo."

  • Exceeded All Expectations

"Our family of 6 adults spent a glorious week at Casa Emily in early March. The property is impeccably maintained and the setting is breathtakingly beautiful--so much so that we hated to leave the house! Humberto (the house manager) attended to our every request, taking us grocery shopping so we had our favorite foods and drink on hand, making dinner reservations and arranging for transportation for us when we ate out, and even arranging for a private chef to make a fabulous birthday dinner for us one night. We spent much of our daytime lounging by the pool and taking dips in its luxuriously warm water, or making the short walk into town for shopping or lunch. We always opt for condos or vacation homes for our holidays, and this property is a rare gem--lovingly decorated and perfectly situated with absolutely commanding views of Banderas Bay. A tremendous bargain for the level of luxury you will enjoy. We'll be back!!"

  • Wonderful property,owners and area.

"I would like to start by offering a heartfelt Thank You to Bob and Shawn for the opportunity to stay in their beautiful home. Also to all of the great staff, especially Claudia the maid and Francesco the doorman for making our trip even better.Every aspect of our 6 week stay in this great condo on Punta Negra beach was great. The whole unit well thought and perfect for a group of 6.Beds were very comfy,bedrooms/bathrooms spacious and well equipped. Kitchen was very large and a joy to prepare meals in.Drinkable water and an ice maker an added bonus. Having two phone lines (Vonage and local)and wifi made keeping in touch with home a breeze. The common pool area and pool were very nice. We used it many times during our stay, temperature was perfect. There is also a large gas grill in this area with plenty of seating. The beach is very pretty with soft sand, nice for walks, splashing around and sunning. Buses and taxis were always available just outside the front of the building. Our group took the bus somewhere everyday, for only 8 pesos. Location of this property is ideal, a quick 3 miles north to Old town/Malecon/Los Muertos beach. The town and beach area of Mismaloya, along with our favorite beach bar/restaurant Teo's,a fun zoo,2 Tequila tasting tours, horseback riding, zip lines and fabulous $20 one hour massages are just a few miles south.A bit farther south on the bus marked Botanical garden/ El Tuito (which stops just outside of condo) Our group visited both on separate days and both were enjoyed. The huge balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite part of this property though. We grilled dinners, played cards, watched birds, whales and dolphins, viewed gorgeous sunsets, saw fireworks, read books, enjoyed many cocktails and ate every meal there. I would not hesitate to return to this property and all the area has to offer."

  • Awesome Property

"We just got back, and this was our first condo stay in Mexico. This property is amazing! Very well maintained and the pool, incredible, my teen kids stayed in it all day, everyday while we were there. The beach cafe had really good food too. As for the condo, very nice, though a little crowded, but very comfortable for four people. We lived in the balcony which has the exact views as the photos show, loved it. We saw some incredible light storms at night! We did have a couple of issues, one with the US/CA phone, which wasn't working when we got there. The owner was very concerned and helpful in getting it fixed, which we appreciated. It turned out to be a minor problem. The fan in the kitchen wasn't working, and with limited AC use in the condo, fans were vital, as it was very hot. It was however fixed in a couple of days. Overall, nice place. My kids want to go back! Owner was wonderful and very responsive."
