  • Awesome Condo

"This condo was exactly as stated and as the pictures show. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and the manager contacted me several times to make sure all was well. The condo complex is wonderful with a small spa and bar/cafe that are private to owners and guests only. Security is tight and doorman was great. Next time, we return it is for a month. ...Can't wait. The view is wonderful and the condo is furnished very nice."

  • Fantastic Stay at Casa Ladera

"What a beautiful place, we had a fantastic time at Casa Ladera. We had 9 family members with ages ranging from 10 to 74. The house was perfect. There was enough privacy in the bedrooms for the two couples. Everyone enjoyed the open living / dining rooms and the kids loved the pool. The house is close to the beach and to town, very convenient. As much as we loved the house we absolutely adored the staff. We decided against restaurants, with that many people just making a decision on where to eat could be debilitating. So as recommended by Mark we hired Juanita and Ivan to prepare our breakfast and dinner. It was amazing, the food was fantastic. We are picky - typically healthy eaters. We did menus each day for the next. They went shopping, everything was fresh. They made great breakfasts, even arriving early to accommodate our schedule. They grilled chicken, beef and fresh fish, with vegetables, salads and great deserts. We mentioned that we loved cevache and the next day they prepared not one but three types of shrimp / octopus cevache along with some of the most fresh and delicious tuna sashimi I have ever had. Wow!! Quality food and wonderful service. Juanita and Ivan are amazing. Hiring the staff to cook is great option you may want to consider."

  • Love this place!!!

"This is the second time we've stayed here and we will definitely be back! Private and secure without missing out on culture. After years of coming to PV this is our favorite place to stay. The beaches are definitely the best around! Great snorkeling right out your doorstep and a great litttle restaraunt on site as well. The buses run right out front so it's super convenient to get to town or Mismaloya or Boca. The room descriptions are right on. They are relatively small but clean and up to date and have everything you need. You can choose to stay here the entire time and never have to leave but if you want to venture out you're close to everything. Great rooms, great location. Thank you to the owners for sharing your space! We can't wait to get back."

"My family and I stayed at Casa Valerie in March, 2014. My husband and I had our wedding there, and it was beautiful. The views from the villa are stunning! The villa's rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They made us feel extra special by helping out with every detail of our wedding, preparing our meals, housekeeping, and any thing else we needed. We look forward to our next visit there!"
