  • Awesome house and location!

"Staff was extremely great, friendly, hard working, and not intrusive. They were like elves we didn't even know were there and things were always cleaned. Santiago kept our drinks refreshed and Margarita made us amazing food and adjusted to our tastes right away (even great spicy vegetarian meals!). House is well maintained, pool is nice and warm, and beach is very convenient. Location is good if you want to get out of the house and walk places. Beach nearby is public so just beware. Great house for kids as well with high chairs, pack n plays, beach toys and quiet rooms. We even got massages at the house which were phenomenal. Working with Mario and Paz was very easy which made the experience great. Definitely recommend!"

  • Wow! This condo is paradise

"The Peninsula consists of three towers right on the beach. We especially love Tower 3 because it gets the sun first and it appears to be closer to the beach. We have stayed at the Peninsula previously and we knew that the location, the quality of the site and all the amenities are perfect for a fabulous vacation. Andre's condo 1B on the second floor is the perfect place to have a vacation. First of all the condo is 2250 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a deck overlooking the pool and ocean, a deck off the back bedrooms, a huge island with all of the necessary pots, dishes etc and a cooktop stove. Everything you need to feel at home. Why would you ever consider staying at an all inclusive resort where you live in your hotel room for 2 weeks? This is so much better. Our mornings started off with breakfast on the deck, gazing out at the ocean, often seeing dolphins swimming by. One day we were blessed when a pod of whales were in the bay. This condo has everything: boogie boards, balls, plenty of pool towels, beach cooler for drinks and sandwiches for an enjoyable day by the pool or on the beach. There is a Sorianna nearby where you can stock up on groceries and drinks. A cab back to the condo is about 40 pesos (4 dollars). Tower 3 has an exercise room with lots of equipment and a spa where you enjoy massages for about $40 which is way cheaper than anywhere else. The lobby is beautifully appointed and had a beautiful Christmas tree when we were there. There is always a staff member available to assist you with excursion bookings or dinner reservations. They also ensure that the security is maintained. There is also a security post on the entrance road just past the plaza which is manned 24/7. If you arrive is a taxi you will have to provide the tower and your room number. The Peninsula Plaza which about 300 yards behind the Towers has at least 3 banks and there are numerous restaurants of which I recommend de Santos and there is one that specializes in breakfast and lunch dishes. There is also a Starbucks for the coffee fanatics. Getting to Centro (downtown) is quick and convenient either by taking the "chiropractic special" (the bus) for about 75 cents or in a taxi for 80 pesos (8 dollars). Either method will be an adventure as there is much to see. Puerto Vallarta is a great place for a holiday. I recommend staying at the Peninsula Vallarta in Andre's condo VRBO 322810. You will be so happy that you did."

  • Wow, what a vacation for 2 1/2 months at Casa Do Re Mi

"I have just returned from my winter in Mexico at Casa Do Re Mi. What a delight. Puerto Vallarta is very busy and loud.....Casa Do Re Mi is walkable or a short taxi or bus) to all of that, down a wonderful quiet beach but not in the middle of it. The House and grounds are so wonderful. The staff are excellent, friendly and are there to please, (that makes such a difference, like coming home to family) Chayo is a great cook, Ivan is helpful in so many ways, and Sarah keeps everything immaculate. The pool is heated, the garden is full of beautiful flowers. The owner cares a lot about her home and it shows. The whole place (including Puerto Vallarta) are very safe. The bedrooms are separate enough to be private. I recommend this home to anyone."

  • Vallarta's best secret

"This condo sits on prime location in Old Puerto Vallarta. Renting this condo from Zuly was no hassle she was very detailed and answered all of our endless questions. Staff specially security were very informative and were always greeting us. I traveled with my family and stayed at Molino de Agua for eight days. We had the pool all to ourselves on one of the days during the week. The view from this condo is breathtaking. It made it easy being so close to the Malecon and restaurants. The convenience store across the street made it easy to always be stocked up on the basic needs. Costco and Walmart was only less than 10 minutes away from Molino de agua. If you are looking for a hassle free place to stay coupled with the attention Zuly and her staff gives you, then look no further you came to the right place."
