  • Awesome Property

"We just got back, and this was our first condo stay in Mexico. This property is amazing! Very well maintained and the pool, incredible, my teen kids stayed in it all day, everyday while we were there. The beach cafe had really good food too. As for the condo, very nice, though a little crowded, but very comfortable for four people. We lived in the balcony which has the exact views as the photos show, loved it. We saw some incredible light storms at night! We did have a couple of issues, one with the US/CA phone, which wasn't working when we got there. The owner was very concerned and helpful in getting it fixed, which we appreciated. It turned out to be a minor problem. The fan in the kitchen wasn't working, and with limited AC use in the condo, fans were vital, as it was very hot. It was however fixed in a couple of days. Overall, nice place. My kids want to go back! Owner was wonderful and very responsive."

  • Amazing Place and Location!

"First time rented a condo instead of going to an all-inclusive resort. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. This condo had everything we were looking for: safe building, a gorgeous roof top terrace with breathtaking view and salt water pool, beautifully decorated bedroom and living room, two bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and easy walking distance to shopping, market, restaurants, ATM and the beach. The ground level location was very convenient for our little boy and the stroller. The building is on the quiet street, so you are never disturbed by PV's rich nightlife. Regis was an excellent host and resource; he was responsive and accommodated our special requests (we stayed with under one year old baby). The complimentary airport pick-up was super nice touch. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would whole-heartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!"

  • Best vacation ever

"We rented Casa Bonita from Bill for 10 days in March/2015. Everything about the condo, pool and beach is fantastic. The pictures don't do the condo and the pool justice, it's way nicer than the pictures show. The condo has everything you could possibly need including lots of big beach towels and most importantly, a good blender! We spent most days hanging around the pool, we usually had it completely to ourselves. There were very few people around. The water in the pool is crystal clear, warm and feels extremely soft on your skin, whoever does the pool maintenance really knows their stuff. The beach is great, nice sand with lots of shells to collect every day. I spent a lot of time snorkeling in the water with my 3 kids, we saw dozens of species of fish, including a small sting ray. We saw a few jellyfish south of the main beach area but never got stung despite spending about an hour every day snorkeling, just be aware that they are there, as they are in the waters of all tropical counties. The water varied in visibility from 10 feet to about 30 feet. The onsite staff for the building are great, especially Delia (hope I'm spelling her name right) who is at the front desk most days. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. Buses come by every 10 minutes in front of the building. It's 8 peso's to get into Puerto Vallarta. Other than our arrival and departure from the airport, we never bothered with the taxi. The wifi is excellent around the pool area but a little slow in the condo itself. I was actually glad it's a little slow in the condo, it kept my kids from spending too much time on their tablets. I quite enjoyed having my morning coffee by the pool while checking on emails and posting "brag" pictures I took the day before on facebook. The owner, Bill is very quick to respond to any questions you may have about the condo. Dealing with him was a real pleasure, we hope to be back one day."
