  • Amazing vacation!

"So many wonderful things to say about this gorgeous home! Jeff was so accommodating and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect! He also took us out fishing for the day and my son caught a wahoo which was the highlight of his trip. We enjoyed sunning by the pool and barbecuing on the patio. We could not have imagined a better vacation! We will be back very soon"

  • Beyond our Expectations

"My brother and I and our wives rented this condo for 2 weeks in January. We dealt with Steve Nyman by email and the booking process was very smooth. Steve was very good at answering all of our questions and we appreciated his easy-going nature and positive attitude. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful - decorated with a real flair and very inviting and comfortable. Its location in the building is one of the best - high enough to afford a great view and a nice breeze. We were amazed at how quiet the pool and beach were. Often, we felt as if we were the only ones staying there! We made use of the palapa for several lunches and also ordered some food for one evening meal. Jorge and the rest of the staff there were great to deal with. The front desk staff were also excellent and arranged all of the tours that we took. (As an aside we really enjoyed the Rhythm of the Night tour and the whale watching. We felt that the trip to San Sebastien was not as good - too long of a bus ride for a so-so lunch in a very quiet town.) We made use of Steve's recommended list of restaurants and we were not disappointed. They were all amazing. We have stayed at many 4 and 5 star all-inclusives in the past but this experience offers much more. We were able to get into the heart of the old town in 10 minutes on the bus and select from a huge variety of restaurants and other activities. We could then return to the serene atmosphere at the condo and recharge our batteries. Usually we are ready to come home after 2 weeks away but in this case we could definitely have stayed on. Paradise!"

  • Wonderful Condo

"My wife and I just returned from PV and had a wonderful time!! Jay's condo was in a perfect location and being on the Malecon was so convenient. We also became regulars at Vitea restaurant, located right at the condo. Christina was such a great help as well. Picked us up at airport and took us grocery shopping on way to condo. We look forward to returning to PV and would recommend this property to anyone."

  • Amazing Views - Great Location!

"Five Girlfriends stayed here for 5 nights and had a great trip! Water pressure in the showers was quite low. Lette, the housekeeper is also a cook and massage therapist! Our arrival was seemless. Our driver met us at the airport and we arrived at the condo to margaritas and guacamole & chips. We changed into our swimsuits and spent the afternoon cooling off in the rooftop soaking pool! Lette made a fabulous Mexican feast for us. Housekeeping was great and massages were excellent! It was quite a walk to and from the beach - but several of us loved the walk - others didn't mind paying $40 pesos to take a taxi. Fabulous panoramic views of the bay from 90% of the condo. All of us would return here with our families!"
