  • Incredible views!!

"This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and decided to look on VRBO for condos instead of staying at a hotel. After combing through multiple listings a came across Traci's. Her quick response to my questions and special arrangements was one of the reasons I chose to book. The condo is well decorated (even the bed was comfortable) and I immediately felt at home. Her very newly remodeled kitchen which we were the first to use was as equally beautiful. Everything was as pictured, but a lot more roomy than I thought. Although we didn't use the hot tub, it was great to have that option. Every morning it was great to wake up and go sit on the balcony to look at the ocean and beautiful grounds. It was so peaceful. The large pool(s) was amazing, sometimes my husband and I were the only ones in it, and there was ample chairs for laying out. There is a snack bar and my ONLY complaint would be the hours. Although it was listed as 10-5, they would close at 2, I think that happened every time we went to get something to eat between those hours they were already closed. There is 24-hour security at the entrance gate and all around the property which was very comforting. The location of the property was within walking distance to the marina if you wanted to eat out side the condo. Plenty of taxis along the street if one wasn't waiting outside the resort. I cant wait to go back, and will definitely book this condo again!"

  • Fantastic condo in a great location

"This was my second time staying at this condo/unit, it was just as good as the first. Excellent attentive staff took care of everything, even when faced with a minor problem. So a great big thank you to Gabbi, Katrina, Eduardo and Miguel for keeping on top of things. The condo itself has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Having dual a/c units was a blessing as there were a few very hot days during my stay. Also having a washer/dryer unit inside the condo was a great plus as packing was made much easier/lighter, especially with the strict airline weight restrictions. Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided, along with dish detergent and some other assorted essential toiletries. The real plus to this condo is its rooftop pool/jacuzzis (2)/ gas bbq and lounge area. Many days were spent under the canopy: sipping homemade mojitos, reading my book and occasionally looking up at the wildlife passing by. There are many types of butterflies, dragonflies and if your lucky hummingbirds. Everywhere you looks the views are to be enjoyed from ocean, city or mountain. Great photo opportunities abound. No text: great fireworks from the pirate ship, every night between 9:30-10:00. But the real added bonus to this condo is its location, so close to everything. Being right there at the corner of I. vallarta and B. Badillio you've got great shopping, restaurants, bakery (Yaritas), liquor store and of course the beach less than a 10 min walk. Go for a massage at Philipe's right next door to the condo, a on hr combo massage/reflexology cost $450 peso or less than $40CND with tip. Philips really knows his stuff and this is coming from a holistic practioner, highly recommended. For those who like to cook, check out Emiliano Zapata Mercado a fantastic area. Stop in for a drink at Que Pasa on A. Serdan, great drink/food specials. Owners Mike and Yvonne are some of the kindest people you ever met. If your a seafood lover El Colera, I know strange name has some of the best seafood at great prices located right in the market. With so many great places to discover, just ask around the locals are very friendly. I travel alone often and have always felt very safe at anytime of day/night. There's so much more I could say: the weather, the food and of course the people of Puerto Vallarta. Truely are some of the warmest and friendly folks I have ever met on my travels. Thank you Michael for sharing your little peace of heaven with us all."

  • Loved this place!

"Hi Bob, We absolutely loved your place. It was beautiful and clean and so close to everything. The view was really WOW. The pool was fantastic too. Everything was always kept up so well. I really appreciated the cleaning lady. We had a really rainy night and patio was pretty messy but we left for the day and came back to a beautiful clean patio and house. We were both regretting that we had to leave so soon. Next time I will book it for a longer stay. We became quite at home there. Had such a great time and Puerta Vallarta will go down as one of our favorite trips. Thanks for everything, Sherri"

  • Everything we could have hoped for....

"I cannot express how beautiful this villa was. Everything in the description is spot on. The views from every room were truly amazing. Every picture I shared would receive a Wow or Incredible response. There were 4 adults, 2 teens, and one eight year old child during our stay and we all have nothing but positive things to say. We were afraid the "teens" were going to be bored in the teen eyes since they are use to staying at resorts which is a whole different atmosphere but they were happy to have Wi-Fi and a quick taxi ride into town and that's all they needed. Guadalupe cooked us some amazing meals that near the end of our vacation we questioned why we were going out to eat some days. I'd like to thank the owner for responding quickly to my numerous questions and for providing us with so much information regarding the Villa and the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your Villa and we hope to return in the near future."
