"This is our third visit to the Delcanto. We brought our friends this time and had a great vacation. As usual, Eddie met us at the Delcanto when we arrived and made sure all of our needs were met. He quickly responds to any requests and makes sure you have a great vacation. The unit at the Delcanto was great as usual. Spacious two bedrooms with great views. This unit was appointed very well and was very comfortable and homey.
The Mega store is only a 30 minute walk and you can get anything there. The poolside bar makes great food and drinks and the prices are cheap.
Head down the beach to Karen's place in Bucerias and have a great lunch or dinner on the beach.
We will be back again next year."

"I just returned to the US from my fourth visit to Casa Pelicanos. It has become a tradition to visit this wonderful spot at least once a year and is definitely a highlight of my travel activity. The house is impeccably furnished with a local feel and all the amenities one would need are there. A couple of friends and I stayed upstairs and the individual rooms are spacious, charming, and comfortable, and each with its own bath. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all face toward the ocean and there are panoramic views of the ocean below and the surrounding hills and mountains. Lo de Marcos is a quiet and charming town with all the restaurants and stores you need. It far exceeds busier towns to the south for quaintness and lack of congestion. We had the beach to ourselves for most of the time we were there. We will continue to keep this tradition each year."

"Dorice and Ed..Thank you for sharing your incredible home! There were 3 couples all celebrating milestone anniversaries and your condo was perfect for the occasion. It was very spacious and well designed which gave privacy when wanted yet we could all gather together in several areas as there is plenty of chairs and tables to accommodate all 6 of us plus more at one time. The kitchen had every utensil needed with more than enough glasses, plates, bowls etc. It was like your home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the ocean lapping upon the beach helped you drift off to sleep. Having the satellite TV was great as we could tune into our home town stations to stay connected with the news and weather back home. ..as well as the hockey games! The staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful as well. So much to see and do that 10 days was not enough. Would love to come back!"

"We spent a week at Quinta Dana Maria and Clara's Studio. It was a perfect setting for two couples. We enjoyed all of the four different common spaces and each was perfect for a particular purpose especially the rooftop deck in the early morning and evening. Judy and Joe are terrific hosts and the place is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you might want or need. The addition of canine and feline hosts was also a bonus to us. Every room has at least one fan and with both the studio and apartment, the cross ventilation was very good although those who require air conditioning might struggle a little with the heat late season. The pool and garden are beautiful. We enjoyed the more authentic experience of La Cruz. Everyone was super friendly and the fish was as fresh as it can get. We enjoyed Marsala as well as Tacos on the Street and the restaurants near the marina. We also enjoyed cooking fresh fish from the market in our very well stocked kitchen. All in all, it was a perfect place to unwind, soak up some heat and feel a part of a hardworking community. This is not the place for those seeking an all-inclusive, resort environment but is a great base for exploring the region and gaining an appreciation for life in a small community."
