  • Loved it!!!

"We've been to Bucerias before, but this was our first time renting a private villa. The villa is nice and clean, and we really loved the pool. In fact, that's where we spent most of our time. It was our kick-back vacation. The 4 of us were very comfortable there. Lots of space for us, and I can't say enough about the privacy. So nice for a change. The price is great! For the 4 of us it averaged out to around $28.00 dollars per night per person. There's no way to beat that! We're definitely doing it again. Casa Verano is on our recommended list!"

  • Lifetime Memories Were Made

"We were a family of 11 consisting of 4 generations, ages 15 months to 76 years. Casa Coco was the absolute ideal for such a gathering. With the many gathering areas as well as quiet spots to read or snooze in the sun everyone could find their perfect spot. Our evening gatherings in the large and comfortable livingroom will long be remembered. Lupita, who provides the daily maid service as well as offering an excellent evening catering service is a true gem. She quietly and efficiently completed her tasks whether we were all in residence or not. The three dinners she catered for us were excellently prepared, served and completely cleaned up after. The meals were also extremely good value. The handbook provided at the time of booking was most useful and we followed many of its recommendations, including availing ourselves of the daily fresh baked muffins that arrived via the "Muffin Man" who walked along the beach each morning. The entire week went so well and everything about Casa Coco was just as we wished it to be. It is a place at which memories are made!"

  • Good Holiday Location in Bucerias for Large Families or Groups

"We originally wanted both units however our friends couldn't commit so we took the upper unit. We had previously viewed the property so we were familiar with the amenities. Great location, close to everything; beach, shopping, restaurants, etc., a car is not required, plenty of taxis/buses close by. This is an ideal spot for larger families or groups (book both units), good pool area and secure compound. The upper unit has good sunset views as well as the surrounding town/mountains, etc. It has good beds, hot showers with good pressure, adequate kitchen, full size fridge and screens on all windows. The manager is pleasant to deal with, no surprises, the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. Would I rent it again, Yes. Would I recommend to good friends, Yes."

  • Great Place

"We stayed at Villa Gardenia over the past Christmas holiday for 2 weeks. It is a lovely facility. The grounds are well kept with a great pool area, including a shared barbeque. There are loungers which were always available. We stayed in a one bedroom which was very clean and spacious. Our daughter joined us and slept on the pullout couch in the living room area. Not the most comfortable bed, she informed us and we could hear the creaks each time she moved. As for our bed it was great. The kitchen was also well equipped. The only things we needed of our own were coffee filters, dish soap and salt and pepper/spices. The deck area outside our place was very large and we spent many mornings there having our coffee and evenings having a cocktail. I didn't mind the 72 stairs leading up to our place but it may be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The villa is located 3 blocks from the beach, however backs onto the highway. After a couple of noisy evenings we finally closed our bedroom windows and just left the front ones open. This definitely cut down on the noise. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Owners Maria and Tito are very accommodating and aim to please. Any suggestions? It would have been great to have a couple of beach towels, umbrella and chairs to take down to the beach. We spent most afternoons there. We did finally break down and purchase a beach umbrella for $25 and then just passed it on to another couple staying at the villa. Conveniently located to everything: shops, restaurants, square, beach. Just outside entrance bus into PV is only 14 pesos."
