  • Awesome place to pass the winter

"We spent two months at this condo and have nothing but good to say about our stay. The place is very well equipped with everything you could want and more! We spent more than one evening on the patio, barbecuing some nice chops and just enjoying paradise. Downstairs has a good sized bedroom and bathroom as well as laundry. Main level is kitchen/living/dining space, and upstairs is a nice master suite with ensuite. There is a property manager close by and he is very reachable via email or phone. The owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with. While it's true that the complex has had it's issues in the past, things are definitely on the upswing, and new improvements are visible very often. The pool area is very nice and well kept. The beach is magnificent and only steps away from the condo complex. A short walk into Bucerias for Happy Hour and dinner, then a 6 dollar cab ride back to the condo - doesn't get any better! In short, we were very much at home here for 2 months (which is exactly what we were looking for when we made the arrangements). We would definitely go back again, given the chance."

  • Excellent Vacation!

"We were so pleased with the accommodations. Location, Location, Location! It was like home away from home. To purchase groceries there is a grocery store just a short walk away. There is also a pharmacy in the grocery store which can come in handy. We were on the go every day. You can catch the local bus to town just across the street. Cabs are extremely easy to get as well. Just go to the main lobby and they will help you. This condo is very close to beach, pool and the beautiful court yards. The hospital is just across the street so there is never a worry if you should need a doctor! We also found that every Tuesday there is a farmers market across the street in the hospital back parking lot. There is fresh fish, bread, pastry and beautiful Mexican jewelry, baskets, and different wares. Very fun event! Eating out is also a joy! You must take the free shuttle to the Golf Course for Sunday Brunch. It is to die for!! You just can't beat this location. It is in the heart of it all yet it has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is so peaceful, quiet and very laid back. It's a must see and stay location. We loved it!! The people there are so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait until we can return. Thanks Norma you made this a very pleasant and easy property to rent."

  • Spring 2015

"Had this condo for the last week of April, 2015. Very nice and clean one-bedroom. The bedroom was roomy with a nice king bed - although anchoring the headboard to the wall so it didn't thump every time you rolled over would be nice. Good kitchen with full fridge, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc and decent counter space, and a good supply of dishes and pots and pans. What it didn't have was any supply of cooking basics (salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, any spices etc) so if you don't bring those with you you're shopping for them the first day. The washer and dryer in the kitchen (with lots of Tide) are are nice luxury because you can travel light. The living room/eating area were roomy with a good TV and satellite. There's a comfortable love seat and sofa (which looked like it was also a fold out bed). Great view of the bay and the resort pools from the living room and (small) balcony. There's A/C in both the living room and the bedroom which cool the place down fast. Bathroom isn't big, but has a good sized shower and a good supply of towels. The light over the sink may leave a little to be desired for anyone wanting to be a serious make up artist while on vacation. The resort is lovely. Not sure how it works but the condos share the area with the Dreams resort. There's three lovely pools, and a nice beach area. Looked like for $86 US you could get a day pass to Dreams which, I assume, lets you use the restaurants and bars (there's also a cash snack bar that's part of the condos, not Dreams). I never checked out the Dreams option because we wanted to try some of the area restaurants on this trip - between making a meal or two a day in the condo and going out to the restaurants we had a lot of good food, and it was a very economical trip. This is also a very quiet resort - i.e. NO loud music blasting over the pools, or activity directors using a bullhorn to get people doing water aerobics etc. This would be a great selection for either people who want to stay on the resort, or people who are wanting to explore the area."
