"We stayed in condo 330 from mid-Oct to Mid-Dec and it was absolutely fabulous. We've rented several times from VRBO and have been pleased every time but have to say this condo is the best. Chaunna and Mike are gracious hosts and it was a pleasure meeting them. The ocean views are spectacular, all appliances are top of the line American brands, large flat screen TV has upgraded cable service, and best of all - a Weber grill on the furnished balcony. While we were there final connections were completed to provide Wifi access in the condos (previously it was only available at the pool area). Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living room worked well, a relief in the first couple of weeks when there was still high humidity. The 20 liter bottle for the water cooler can be exchanged at the security gate for 30 pesos (little over $2). The two infinity pools were clean, comfortable and with steps or a ladder would be perfect. Bus stop is right across the street and the friendly security guards will call taxi's. Mega Supermarket is a 20 minute walk, as is the outskirts of Bucerias. We've been to Puerto Vallarta several times but fell in love with the Nuevo Vallarta/Bucerias area. Lots of great restaurants and outdoor activities. We'll be back next year!"

"This is our first time to Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo Vallarta and we didn't want to stay in an AI or big resort with 10,000 other springbreakers and fight everyday for a pool lounger or space on the beach..... Ian's place was perfect!! The unit was exactly as pictured, maybe even better!! The view was priceless and the condo was private and in a high-end area. There are restaurants up and down the street (must try: Eddie's, right across the street), walk across to take the water taxi (20pesos pp) to Paradise Village mall (if you crave Starbucks every morning, like I do), or catch a bus or taxi to Puerto Vallarta for action and entertainment. The unit is beautifully furnished, nice comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and efficient kitchen. Did I mention the killer view? Ian is very nice and so easy to work with; he'll try his best to make everything go as smooth as possible. We really appreciate your help, Ian, and for making your beautiful home available for us to enjoy. Thanks!!!"

"We had a fantastic time at the Grand Mayan with our family (6 and 4 y/o) and inlaws! The rooms were plenty big (2BR suite) and it was great having a cool-off pool for the kids right on the balcony. Cheryl was extremely helpful with the reservation process, prepping for the trip and was very responsive while we were down there. Lots of pools with a waterslide, lazy river, and two wave pools, which kept us really busy. You can walk down the beach to the marina with a handful of nice little restaurants to check out. We did a half-day sport fishing trip, zipline (via bus) and a day trip to Las Caletas via catamaran, which was a lot of fun. Plus my daughter got to swim with dolphins, which was just a short walk away, near the marina. Would just recommend that you make the golfing reservations right at the 60-day advance date because it was full when we called a week before. Found that playing 9 holes after 4:30pm was perfect because we were busy all day with other activities, so it all worked out great. You can also call each day to see what has opened up, because people were constantly cancelling. Found one of our favorite places to be Taco Break, which was just outside the gates of the resort. Easy couple of golf cart rides away. Not too expensive and really good. Also took a cab to Bucerias for dinner one night and really enjoyed it. Lots of construction around the resort but not very noticeable from Grand Mayan building and pools. Time share sales were not pushy at all. Inquired at check-in, but did not get asked the rest of the trip. All-in-all, we had a great time and would definitely be the go-to choice if we return to Puerto Vallarta!"

"We had a family of 8 stay in this condo and it was fabulous. It is just like the pictures, actually better! Everyone had their own space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Huge balcony and the view is amazing. The management and staff were great and would do anything for you. We did waste our money on purchasing the temporary membership to the fitness centre, etc as we were only there for a week - didn't use it or the towels at the beach club. The restaurant and beach bar in front of main building are awesome - great food and drink. You can open a charge account with the front desk in tower 3 and it worked great for just charging to your room and don't have to carry cash at the beach. Very safe area and we did a lot of walking - to the plaza and it was always safe. Highly recommend as a great place to stay - we will be returning!"
