"We spent a fabulous two weeks here and enjoyed our time in this unit immensely! It is a delightful and nicely decorated, home that is clean, well maintained and fully equipped with all of the necessities.
We are especially grateful to the owners who were very helpful and informative. Their care and concern in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment was evident. The satellite cable and WiFi connection were a bonus and made us feel completely at home in paradise.
All of the staff were extremely helpful and professional; always prepared to go above and beyond.
We would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future."

"Kim’s condo was the perfect retreat for our one-week stay with young children. We were two families with one child each (17-months and 15-months).
Playa Royal is a beautiful property with freshly manicured grounds and a clean kiddie pool and adult pool. The property is more striking than the accurately posted pictures.
You are fairly secluded in this enclave, but it was perfect for our situation. This property has an older clientele and some families, and the only onsite restaurant is the beach club, which has limited hours. There are a handful of restaurants nearby or you can walk to the Paradise Village mall where you’ll find a small grocery store, Starbucks and a few more restaurants.
You have full access to all Paradise Village properties and amenities. We paid for the $18 weekly social membership at El Tigre, where we enjoyed the INDOOR kid’s playroom. There is a small outdoor playground at the Paradise Village Beach Resort. These were important elements for our “perfect family gateway.”
The condo is also nice and simply decorated. The unit was easy to maintain during our stay and it felt safe. One thing to note is that the master bedroom faces outward toward the grounds and beach while the other bedroom faces the hallway. Not a huge deal, but it is worth mentioning only because we were traveling with another couple and at first glance one bedroom and bathroom felt superior to the other. That being said, the back bedroom remained cooler and there was less outside noise so it was fine. And, though the second bath hosts the washer/dryer it has two entry ways.
Kim is very thoughtful about the items you’ll need for a beach vacation – the closet includes beach towels, boggie boards, beach chair mats, etc. She also has a small selection of board games and books. The kitchen includes all the basics.
Things to note:
1) Housekeeping is conducted by an outside company; work with Kim to set cleaning up in advance.
2) Request additional bath towels in advance; only 4 large towels were provided even though there were six occupants listed on the rental agreement.
3) This is a condo complex not a hotel, though there is a concierge, front desk staff, beach restaurant, etc to make your stay more pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and out was easy.
Kim is very easy to work with. All of our questions were answered in a timely matter and Kim provided helpful information in advance of our stay."
