  • Excellent Vacation!

"We were so pleased with the accommodations. Location, Location, Location! It was like home away from home. To purchase groceries there is a grocery store just a short walk away. There is also a pharmacy in the grocery store which can come in handy. We were on the go every day. You can catch the local bus to town just across the street. Cabs are extremely easy to get as well. Just go to the main lobby and they will help you. This condo is very close to beach, pool and the beautiful court yards. The hospital is just across the street so there is never a worry if you should need a doctor! We also found that every Tuesday there is a farmers market across the street in the hospital back parking lot. There is fresh fish, bread, pastry and beautiful Mexican jewelry, baskets, and different wares. Very fun event! Eating out is also a joy! You must take the free shuttle to the Golf Course for Sunday Brunch. It is to die for!! You just can't beat this location. It is in the heart of it all yet it has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is so peaceful, quiet and very laid back. It's a must see and stay location. We loved it!! The people there are so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait until we can return. Thanks Norma you made this a very pleasant and easy property to rent."

  • Perfect Family Gateway…

"Kim’s condo was the perfect retreat for our one-week stay with young children. We were two families with one child each (17-months and 15-months). Playa Royal is a beautiful property with freshly manicured grounds and a clean kiddie pool and adult pool. The property is more striking than the accurately posted pictures. You are fairly secluded in this enclave, but it was perfect for our situation. This property has an older clientele and some families, and the only onsite restaurant is the beach club, which has limited hours. There are a handful of restaurants nearby or you can walk to the Paradise Village mall where you’ll find a small grocery store, Starbucks and a few more restaurants. You have full access to all Paradise Village properties and amenities. We paid for the $18 weekly social membership at El Tigre, where we enjoyed the INDOOR kid’s playroom. There is a small outdoor playground at the Paradise Village Beach Resort. These were important elements for our “perfect family gateway.” The condo is also nice and simply decorated. The unit was easy to maintain during our stay and it felt safe. One thing to note is that the master bedroom faces outward toward the grounds and beach while the other bedroom faces the hallway. Not a huge deal, but it is worth mentioning only because we were traveling with another couple and at first glance one bedroom and bathroom felt superior to the other. That being said, the back bedroom remained cooler and there was less outside noise so it was fine. And, though the second bath hosts the washer/dryer it has two entry ways. Kim is very thoughtful about the items you’ll need for a beach vacation – the closet includes beach towels, boggie boards, beach chair mats, etc. She also has a small selection of board games and books. The kitchen includes all the basics. Things to note: 1) Housekeeping is conducted by an outside company; work with Kim to set cleaning up in advance. 2) Request additional bath towels in advance; only 4 large towels were provided even though there were six occupants listed on the rental agreement. 3) This is a condo complex not a hotel, though there is a concierge, front desk staff, beach restaurant, etc to make your stay more pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Kim is very easy to work with. All of our questions were answered in a timely matter and Kim provided helpful information in advance of our stay."

  • Feeling Content at Playa Royale

"Having walked the beach from Bucerias down to Paradise Village, I think that anyone would be hard-pressed to find a nicer place to stay overall. The beach is very wide and the Palapas are plentiful and not jammed right next each other. The staff was very welcoming and able to deal with everything we threw at them with a smile. The grounds and pools/hot tub are immaculate and well cared for. The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly need and some things you don't even think about. Close proximity to transportation, groceries and restaurants makes Playa the go to place for our next visit to Nuevo Vallarta. Last, but not least, our hosts Kim and Lot are consummate professionals and the transaction from beginning to end was very precise, understandable and executed impeccably. I tend to babble, so I'll say that you'll not be sorry renting this unit."

  • Excellent place to stay!

"We had a family of 8 stay in this condo and it was fabulous. It is just like the pictures, actually better! Everyone had their own space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Huge balcony and the view is amazing. The management and staff were great and would do anything for you. We did waste our money on purchasing the temporary membership to the fitness centre, etc as we were only there for a week - didn't use it or the towels at the beach club. The restaurant and beach bar in front of main building are awesome - great food and drink. You can open a charge account with the front desk in tower 3 and it worked great for just charging to your room and don't have to carry cash at the beach. Very safe area and we did a lot of walking - to the plaza and it was always safe. Highly recommend as a great place to stay - we will be returning!"
