  • Beautiful Spacious Condo with Glorious View

"Donna and Anna were very accommodating for our early arrival. We appreciated the fresh 18 l bottle of water and the huge bag of ice that were there for us when we arrived. The views and spacious living room and balcony are even better than the pictures on the listing. The furnishing and kitchen appliances, Gas range are first class. The bedroom is at the back of the condo where it can be closed off from the crashing waves and efficiently cooled by the one air conditioner for sleeping. The community BBQ on the pool level was well looked after and worked great for doing shrimp and fish. Loved the pool for swimming lengths or just lounging around. Being on the 5th floor had the advantages of a wonderful through breeze and an even grander view than our friends had in the similar condo on the 3rd floor. The two elevators made the two floors up from the entry gate and the 5 floors down to the pool level a non issue. The Sunday Market in la Cruz was a delight for us. The fish market there was fantastic for us prairie folk (fresh yellow fin tuna, prawns, scampi). We also found fresh fish (mahi mahi, red snapper) available in Punta Mita just behind the boat docks on the beach walk to restaurant row."

  • Must stay in Punta Mita...

"This was our 6th time in Punta Mita and we will look no further for accommodations- the condo, location and personal service from Donna was exceptional! Location, location, location- beach front, best white sand beach in Punta Mita. The condo is close to all amenities and just 2 block from the downtown so the evenings are peaceful and quiet. The view from the condo is better than the photos. If you are looking to stay in Punta Mita, you don't need to look any further. We are already booking our next trip back- Thanks Donna and Richard!"

  • Casa Litibu...Luxurious vacation in a small town on a private locals only beach

"We spent 2 weeks over the Christmas Holiday at Casa Litibu. It was the best way to spend Christmas and New Years. The owner, Bonnie, was very easy to work with. She was so patient with quickly answering every question that I had. When we finally arrived we were surprised with how stunning the house was. The pictures do not do the house and surrounding area any justice. The quaint town was teaming with friendly residents. When we arrived the house manager, Ricardo, was there to greet us. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind he and his wife are. He was so helpful with answering our questions about the surrounding area. He helped us set up horse back riding trips and a boat trip to Marietas Island. During our boat trip with Jose, we had several sightings of whales and dolphins that jumped out of the water so closely to our boat. It was amazing and did not disappoint! It was the closest I had been to either one of those majestic animals. I had prearranged with Bonnie to have Ricardo's wife make us several dinners while we were there. This is a must! She is an amazing cook. She made us chilli relleno on our 1st night, red mole with chicken on Christmas Eve, and chicken enchiladas on New Years Eve...OMG! I would recommend them all. It was not much more expensive than having a meal out and it was in the comfort of the beautiful house on the deck at sunset with the sound of the waves on beach just steps away. It was magical. During our stay we also had Graciela and Luis from Nirvana spa in Sayulita come to the home to give massages. This is also another must! We had them set up under the 3rd floor palapa. It was very affordable and completely worth it to make the trip feel that much more luxurious. There is a fisherman named Raphael who sells fish and seafood right on the beach that he caught that same day. Wow! Talk about fresh and delicious. He sells it just a few steps down the beach from the house. We hardly had to leave the town to go shopping because all of the simple ingredients needed to make meals were right there in Higuera Blanca. It's easy to make things taste great when they are that fresh. I would suggest renting a vehicle while there. The surrounding towns are worth the visit. Our favourite was San Pancho. A vehicle is also needed to run into the town of Higuera Blanca. You can walk but it will take you at least 30 minutes to get to there. The town of Higuera Blanca and area of Playa Llitibu are very small. If you are looking for"

  • Our favourite place in Mexico

"This apartment has all the comfort and amenities of a real home, I feel like we could move right in! The decoration is tastefully modern, and Donna pays attention to the details that matter. A great example: she has nice bath and beach towels and immaculate looking bedding, which is important to us. The location could not be better, right on the beach, with a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. The neighbours are friendly and they don't mind our small kids. This was our third stay here, and looking forward to our return!"
