Gorgeous condo, amazing location!
"I recently stayed in Punta Mita in this Condo with a group of friends. We truely could not have picked a better place. The condo was gorgeous/perfect condition and had the most beautiful view as soon as you walk through the door. I couldn't have asked for a better view to wake up to every morning.
When we arrived we were greeted by Letty the property manager. She was the sweetest and so welcoming! Also before arrival we were sent restaurant recommendations by Donna. Everywhere we tried had amaxing food. We even found tacos on the streets in town that were amazing! We felt extremely safe walking around the town and all the locals seemed very welcoming. We also used Rudy as our boat guide out to the Marrieta Islands and again had a great time.
The condo was also a close drive to Sayulita. Def a must see little town!
I really have nothing bad to stay about our stay or place we stayed in. If you're considering staying here, there is defintely not a doubt this is the place you should stay!!!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse condo. The place itself is nice and very spacious with both floors having very large open areas and a huge balcony area on the top floor with breathtaking views of the bay. The pool is great as I like to work out in the morning and it was too hot to run so I was able to swim laps in the 25 yrd pool. The location is also perfect – you can walk to the small town and to the many restaurants each night. The beach is steps from the condo which was great for surfing and paddle boarding as the boards can be racked downstairs and then it is so convenient to just grab them and step out on to the beach. After spending a day in Puerto Vallarta we were glad to come home to quite Punta Mita. All made for a great family vacation. Hope to be back again!"

Casa Litibu...Luxurious vacation in a small town on a private locals only beach
"We spent 2 weeks over the Christmas Holiday at Casa Litibu. It was the best way to spend Christmas and New Years.
The owner, Bonnie, was very easy to work with. She was so patient with quickly answering every question that I had.
When we finally arrived we were surprised with how stunning the house was. The pictures do not do the house and surrounding area any justice. The quaint town was teaming with friendly residents.
When we arrived the house manager, Ricardo, was there to greet us. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind he and his wife are. He was so helpful with answering our questions about the surrounding area. He helped us set up horse back riding trips and a boat trip to Marietas Island. During our boat trip with Jose, we had several sightings of whales and dolphins that jumped out of the water so closely to our boat. It was amazing and did not disappoint! It was the closest I had been to either one of those majestic animals.
I had prearranged with Bonnie to have Ricardo's wife make us several dinners while we were there. This is a must! She is an amazing cook. She made us chilli relleno on our 1st night, red mole with chicken on Christmas Eve, and chicken enchiladas on New Years Eve...OMG! I would recommend them all. It was not much more expensive than having a meal out and it was in the comfort of the beautiful house on the deck at sunset with the sound of the waves on beach just steps away. It was magical.
During our stay we also had Graciela and Luis from Nirvana spa in Sayulita come to the home to give massages. This is also another must! We had them set up under the 3rd floor palapa. It was very affordable and completely worth it to make the trip feel that much more luxurious.
There is a fisherman named Raphael who sells fish and seafood right on the beach that he caught that same day. Wow! Talk about fresh and delicious. He sells it just a few steps down the beach from the house. We hardly had to leave the town to go shopping because all of the simple ingredients needed to make meals were right there in Higuera Blanca. It's easy to make things taste great when they are that fresh.
I would suggest renting a vehicle while there. The surrounding towns are worth the visit. Our favourite was San Pancho. A vehicle is also needed to run into the town of Higuera Blanca. You can walk but it will take you at least 30 minutes to get to there.
The town of Higuera Blanca and area of Playa Llitibu are very small. If you are looking for"

"Fantastic location, great pool, literally 10 steps into the ocean! The living room and both bedrooms face the ocean, nice kitchen, happy hour-every hour perfect patio around the pool with the best chips and salsa that you can find at every little corner market. On our second trip to Punta Mita we found more great dishes at several restaurants, our favorites are Rosa Restaurante Mexicano for dinner (Cochinita Pibil), La Cabana for lunch (grilled shrimp tacos). Toscana Mia is authentic Italian in Bucerias, about 30 minutes by public bus if you don't have a car. Great especially if not a busy time with tourists!"
