  • One of the best places you will ever stay at

"Just stop and book this condo. We had the great pleasure to stay here and we loved every second of the vacation. You are right on the beach. The home is lovely and very well decorated. We were shocked at the accommodations and views from the large balcony. It came equipped with everything we needed but our clothes. Great appliances, reading material, towels, snorkeling equipment and many other amenities not found with other rentals. The friendly staff onsite were very helpful and always there to help. We had the pleasure to meet others that were staying there as we enjoyed the large pool. I can't say enough good things about this property. ....and no I'm not related to the owner, this is the real deal."

  • Condo has it all

"This is a wonderful top floor condo with a great view of El Anclote Restaurant Row and the beach, Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. The condo complex is gated with 24/7 security personnel. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished, and all the technology works perfectly. Wifi, TV, phones, music, fans, A/C, etc. The maid and cleaning service are superb. She does an outstanding job. We are here off season, and it is very quiet and peaceful in the condo complex and in the town of Punta de Mita. The town has a very safe, friendly feeling. There are several ATMs, but no bank. If you go to one of the banks in Bucerias to exchange money into pesos, don't forget to bring your passport! The boat trip to Islas Marietas is a must do, and cost 1400 pesos through the coop, plus 28 pesos each for park entry. The panga trip takes about 2 hours. The blue and yellow footed boobies on the islands are amazing. Stand up paddle boarding is fun, and cost 150 pesos per hour. Surfing lessons set us back 60 usd per hour. Snorkeling wasn't too great, due to the cloudiness of the water. Swimming in the pool and the ocean are both lovely, with warm water both places. A taxi from PVR airport was 900 pesos, and taking the public bus back to PVR is 28 pesos per person. There's a young lady in town who sells delicious tamales for 10 pesos each. She's out selling them between 4 and 6pm, along the waterfront and near El Campo, where the soccer field is. The mini-supermarkets in town have prices comparable to what we found at the Mega in Bucerias. Our favorite is about 3 blocks away on Ave Pescadores with red Coca-Cola awnings. Chris, the host for this condo is very accommodating and easy to do business with. We would definitely recommend this for a safe, luxurious, mellow (at least this time of year) vacation."

  • Why does anyone go to Hawaii?

"I have rented this villa 3 times and it is incredible. Twice with other couples (there are 3 incredible master suites) and another time with my 3 young kids and another family. In addition to the masters, there is a room with 2 double beds and a bunk room that sleeps 4. Pool, spa, on the golf course, ocean view, and all the you can stay there or spend the day at the Residents' Club with full service food and drinks. There is also a kid pool and play structure at the beach club. We also went to the St. Regis and Four Seasons but always ended up back at the beach club. Last time I went there was a new bar on the beach with food, drinks, and a TV. The small town is safe and a quick golf cart ride away for dinner on the beach at one of many restaurants. Can't say enough good things about this place. After years of going to Hawaii, Punta Mita is my new favorite place at half the price. The owners were responsive and helpful as well."

  • Dream Vacation

"The perfect winter "Girls' Getaway!" Just a quick flight from Cali and Colorado to a sunny paradise. This amazing condo has it all. The three beautifully decorated bedrooms are comfy and spacious. You can hear the waves from the master at night. Sliding doors front the property to enjoy the ocean breezes but the condo is also completely air-conditioned. With a large living room and adjoining sit down bar the entertaining possibilities are endless. We didn't do much cooking but the high end kitchen is fully equipped. The pool area looks like a luxury resort but we were alone most of the time. Just a few steps and you are on an incredible beach that was mostly deserted. Morning walks are a must. Our group of four women walked in to the quaint town of Punta Mita most nights for dinner and felt very safe. Every meal there was fabulous and the setting spectacular! The local surf shop was recommended to us for whale watching and snorkeling-what a blast! The busier town of Sayulita is only a 20 minute cab drive away where you can shop 'till you drop. Punta Mita and this lovely condo will capture your heart."
