  • Perfect! Condo exactly as presented!

"We were only able to spend a few days here as a stop over on our way back from a wedding weekend but what an amazing place! The view threatens to steal your breath and never give it back! Its just a perfect quiet spot and the water is just amazing. Best beach we had been too thus far. Donna was so wonderful to work with, we wish we could have spent more time with her! Punta de Mita is really wonderful. The waves are just the best for paddle boarding if you're into that. I also recommend getting a private snorkeling tour from the surf shop guy she recommends in her book. They were the best. You really won't regret renting this place. Fun, easy, and beautiful."

  • Amazing Home on the water. Felt like a rockstar

"Casa Punta Mita was awesome. We had three families there and had plenty of room. The staff was outstanding. Juan was onsite almost the whole time and the breakfast and lunches the staff prepared every day were delicious. Being inside the gates was wonderful where the kids could take the golf carts and explore wherever they wanted. The Punta Mita village is a short cart ride away and has really fun restaurants. Our day trip to Sayulita was perfect. I couldn't recommend Casa Punta Mita any more. It was outstanding!"

  • Felt like home

"My husband and I stayed in this condo from November 6-23rd, 2013. We were happy to arrive and find that it was even nicer than the photos made it look like! The owners have created a homey atmosphere by providing everything you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies (spices, full cooking equipment), full laundry with soaps, replacement paper towels, toilet paper etc, first aid supplies, sun screen, snorkeling gear, shower and pool/beach towels, the list goes on and on. Used to arriving in bare apartments, we brought way more supplies than we needed which was a pleasant surprise. Scott was easy to communicate with as he replied to my emails usually in the same day, and they also have a local lady who you can contact with any questions or concerns. We loved that we could walk out the patio door and the pool was so close, but just far enough away to feel private. The area is very safe and the other condo owners were extremely welcoming. We've been to Punta Mita multiple times over the past six years but this was our first time staying in the Anclote condos and we would definitely stay at this one again. Condo aside, we recommend Accion Tropical for surf/paddle boarding/island tours, they are fun and have fair prices. Or ask anyone on the main street for Oso, he is an amazing teacher and the nicest guy, we have known him for years (he came to our wedding!). For fishing ask for captain Tomas (nickname Chewbasca), he is the best in town. The restaurants along the main street are pricey compared to the taco stands that line the back streets, but it depends what you're looking for. The straight up best fish/shrimp tacos in town are at La Cabana, it's tucked away beachside on the main street. Brenda's also has great Mexican food. Boca Deli is modern, but if you're craving a latte it's the best place to get one! Anyways, this is just our two cents. Don't go to Punta Mita if you're looking to party all night, it's quiet, but with amazing people, scenery, food and surfing."

  • Incredible family vacation

"We've been to Punta Mita for the last 10 years and stayed in other villas. The villa was amazing and our favorite one by far. It had a light airy open feel, a great kitchen with an amazing yard, a big pool and perfect area for entertaining and hanging out. The kids were even able to enjoy the grassy yard. The villa was well taken care of and we had fresh fruit and juice every morning. We would love to come back and stay here any time."
