  • Sweet Dreams Indeed

"We recently returned from a four-night, Thanksgiving trip to Punta Mita. We were lucky enough to have selected Las Palmas Villa #1 as our lodging choice. Could not have been more perfect. From the easy and informative booking with Nichole, to Claudia the concierege taking care of our every need from pre-stocking the refrigerator to airport transfers to dinner reservations. They have it all covered. The villa itself is exceptional. Very well maintained and plenty of room for a family of four including two teenagers. The furnishings and amenitites are first class throughout. The plunge pool is much larger than it appears in the pictures. We had an incredible stay, and we will definitely be returning."

  • Paradise!

"My family of five (3 adult children) just returned from a great week here. When we walked in, our jaws dropped. What an amazing view! The condo is south facing so you get amazing sunrises and sunsets every day. Walk out the gate to a great surfing beach. Walk up the beach a few hundred yards and you are at the hub of all the Banderas Bay excursions--boats in the little harbor will take you whale watching, snorkeling, scuba diving... Great restaurants are just on the other side of the harbor. Surfboard rentals are right in town. We learned to scuba dive with Sayulita Entourage and the pool sessions were right next door, then the ocean dives were in the Marietas Islands with the boat departing from the little harbor right outside our gate. Pool and jacuzzi are great. I should mention the condo is also amazing--beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, really comfortable living room, fantastic deck, but honestly we spent as much time as possible at the beach and out at the islands. The complex is really secure, well maintained and there are only about 10 or 12 total units in the place so its nice and quiet and relaxing. The owner and the local property manager were both so helpful and easy to work with. If you can book this place, do not hesitate. Stay here. I didn't want to leave."

  • Condo has it all

"This is a wonderful top floor condo with a great view of El Anclote Restaurant Row and the beach, Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. The condo complex is gated with 24/7 security personnel. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished, and all the technology works perfectly. Wifi, TV, phones, music, fans, A/C, etc. The maid and cleaning service are superb. She does an outstanding job. We are here off season, and it is very quiet and peaceful in the condo complex and in the town of Punta de Mita. The town has a very safe, friendly feeling. There are several ATMs, but no bank. If you go to one of the banks in Bucerias to exchange money into pesos, don't forget to bring your passport! The boat trip to Islas Marietas is a must do, and cost 1400 pesos through the coop, plus 28 pesos each for park entry. The panga trip takes about 2 hours. The blue and yellow footed boobies on the islands are amazing. Stand up paddle boarding is fun, and cost 150 pesos per hour. Surfing lessons set us back 60 usd per hour. Snorkeling wasn't too great, due to the cloudiness of the water. Swimming in the pool and the ocean are both lovely, with warm water both places. A taxi from PVR airport was 900 pesos, and taking the public bus back to PVR is 28 pesos per person. There's a young lady in town who sells delicious tamales for 10 pesos each. She's out selling them between 4 and 6pm, along the waterfront and near El Campo, where the soccer field is. The mini-supermarkets in town have prices comparable to what we found at the Mega in Bucerias. Our favorite is about 3 blocks away on Ave Pescadores with red Coca-Cola awnings. Chris, the host for this condo is very accommodating and easy to do business with. We would definitely recommend this for a safe, luxurious, mellow (at least this time of year) vacation."

  • Beautiful Spacious Condo with Glorious View

"Donna and Anna were very accommodating for our early arrival. We appreciated the fresh 18 l bottle of water and the huge bag of ice that were there for us when we arrived. The views and spacious living room and balcony are even better than the pictures on the listing. The furnishing and kitchen appliances, Gas range are first class. The bedroom is at the back of the condo where it can be closed off from the crashing waves and efficiently cooled by the one air conditioner for sleeping. The community BBQ on the pool level was well looked after and worked great for doing shrimp and fish. Loved the pool for swimming lengths or just lounging around. Being on the 5th floor had the advantages of a wonderful through breeze and an even grander view than our friends had in the similar condo on the 3rd floor. The two elevators made the two floors up from the entry gate and the 5 floors down to the pool level a non issue. The Sunday Market in la Cruz was a delight for us. The fish market there was fantastic for us prairie folk (fresh yellow fin tuna, prawns, scampi). We also found fresh fish (mahi mahi, red snapper) available in Punta Mita just behind the boat docks on the beach walk to restaurant row."
