"What a great four weeks! From this beautifully furnished casa with tremendous golf and ocean views, we were able to entertain family members. The beach club was just minutes away by way of the golf cart and dining downtown was a 2 minute drive. The grounds were fantastic, and local wildlife was fun to watch from the pool: iguanas, fox, raccoon, Mexican version of lemur, and a wide variety of colorful birds. On the human side, we got to watch the President of Mexico playing golf. Overall fantastic casa in a fantastic setting. Recommend to all."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for five days in June 2015. It is located in a secured, well-kept condo complex in the town of Punta Mita, just steps from all of the beachside restaurants and shops. We appreciated that it was close enough to everything, but felt far enough away at the same time. The grounds of the complex, as well as the pool and outside lounging areas are all well-maintained and clean. Having an ocean-view from not only the balcony but also the indoor living area and kitchen was pretty spectacular. The atmosphere in the complex area seems to cater to couples and families, which made for a nice, quiet, environment, lively only by the sounds of laughter, splashing, and people having a good time. We were pleasantly surprised to find quality beach towels, snorkeling gear, cooler, and other items we needed to enjoy the beach but didn’t want to worry about packing-- they seemed to think of everything we might need. It was a great place to relax."

"Fantastic location, great pool, literally 10 steps into the ocean! The living room and both bedrooms face the ocean, nice kitchen, happy hour-every hour perfect patio around the pool with the best chips and salsa that you can find at every little corner market. On our second trip to Punta Mita we found more great dishes at several restaurants, our favorites are Rosa Restaurante Mexicano for dinner (Cochinita Pibil), La Cabana for lunch (grilled shrimp tacos). Toscana Mia is authentic Italian in Bucerias, about 30 minutes by public bus if you don't have a car. Great especially if not a busy time with tourists!"

"Our visit to this property at Hacienda de Mita far exceeded our expectations! The pictures truly do not do it justice as it is remarkably finished, clean and comfortable and the views from the kitchen, living area, dining room and master bedroom were panoramic ocean views! We met another family in a different building and saw their unit and it paled in comparison to this unit. It offers panoramic views of the ocean and has what we feel was one of the best unobstructed views in the area (being a corner building). One note, we were possibly the only family in the building and had the pool to ourselves the entire stay!
We felt so very lucky to have found this property because they offered used of their car (inside the gates) and golf cart (inside and out into the town of Punta Mita). We did not use the car but used the golf cart several times a day. We ended up loving the town, the restaurants and the people. In addition, being a guest at this residence allowed us access to many beach clubs including the St. Regis (which was fun for a splurge day). We saw and spoke to many people within the gates who were forced pay a taxi service anytime they wanted to leave the confines of their residence.
We traveled with another family and between us have 3 children under the age of 6. This property was unique because it catered to both of us but I could also see it as being very romantic and appropriate for adults and no children. It was a fun surprise to find the storage armor in the entry full of pool and beach toys for children and adults alike.
Last but certainly not least, although it was a privately owned home, we were provided with a concierge and daily housekeeping (which left the unit completely spotless and taken care of EVERY day!). The concierge (Juan) certainly earned his keep on our final day especially by letting us know that there were hour long traffic jams on both routes to the airport, allowing us extra time and helping us avoid missing our flights! He also provided us with transportation and referrals to amazing childcare (highly recommend Audriana).
Thank you! We look forward to a visit again next year!"
