"Wow! It was one of the most Romanic experiences that we have ever enjoyed. We decided to stay in Casa Fiesta to celebrate our anniversary. Mary organized a fabulous private romantic catered dinner for two, with the entire backyard lit up with candles and a trail of rose pedestals leading us to our four course delicious dinner prepared by a top rated chef. We will always remember fondly our time that we spent in Casa Fiesta. Thank you Mary and Ramon (house manager) for all the details and attention you gave us. Your the Best!"

"We had the best vacation ever! In the Jungle Bedroom we enjoyed the fresh, tropical breezes while watching the ocean from bed. Sunsets were awesome, and we saw the green flash - a lifetime thrill! The minute we walked into the home we were relaxed and happy and could easily have spent our entire time enjoying the views. But we are so glad that we explored San Pancho. It is still quaint enough to be surprising and charming (a worker leading his palm frond loaded donkey) but sophisticated (art galleries and fine dining). We weren't foresighted enough to learn Spanish before our vacation, but it was no problem. Most of the warm and friendly Mexican folks we met are multi lingual. And our personal safety was never in question. We will return."

"We weren't sure what to think when we drove down the back road to the small neighborhood that Casa Mander is located in. When we reached the cobbled road that the Casa is on we immediately loved it!
The lay out of the bottom level is perfect for hosting. It opens on to a large outdoor living space with a pool that will make you forget the beach is only a short walk away. The jungle view and outdoor bathroom made it hard to go inside, even for another beer. The bedrooms have nice king size beds and closets that lock for any valuables you might want to store away.
The village of San Francisco is great! The locals are friendly, helpful and laid back. There are plenty of great food options in the town for all meals of the day.
If you want to explore the road less traveled Casa Mander and San Francisco are for you. We'll be back, for sure."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing nine days at the Inn at San Pancho. Just a few miles down the road from busier and more popular Sayalita we found a charming town with great restaurants and secluded beaches with diving Pelicans we watched by the hour. We first stayed in the Agave apartment which would have been just perfect for two but it was rented part of our time there so we moved to the Victoria two bedroom home which was wonderful. We would go back in a minute. Clean with a view of the Pacific over Palm trees and only a short walk to the beach. Figure on about $500 pesos a day for food and drink. ATMs plentiful but Mexican bank rate combined with US bank rates deliver about 12.8 pesos to the dollar compared to 15.7 in paper. Consider getting pesos from your bank before leaving. We did get 13 exchange rate at the airport."
