"Wow, I can't say enough about the fabulous week we just spent at Canto Del Mar...from the momemet we walked in, to our bittersweet departure, everything was purely spectacular. Amazing views from every part of the house...beautiful decore throughout, comfy furniture on the pool deck, some of the most beautiful sunsets we've seen. Joel was very accommodating and finally, our compliments to Sergio who prepared some of the finest meals during our stay. This is definitely a home I hope to return to in the not too distant future!"

"This 3 bedroom/3 bath, private home with a pool in a botanical garden is incredible! I usually don't share secret finds, but Casa Fiesta is so wonderful I'd feel guilty not letting you in on this gem in San Pancho, MX.
Casa Fiesta sits a half block from one of Mexico's most beautiful beaches where the Pacific meets the jungle, 55 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. San Pancho reminds me of a tropical Carmel, CA with art galleries, excellent restaurants, a spa and fun boutiques steps from your door. Sunday brunch at the Polo Club by the beach is a must!
To be honest, I didn't cook, but the kitchen is a chef's delight with a six-burner stove and top-of-the-line pots and pans.
At night my husband and I floated in Casa Fiesta's private pool surrounded by tropical flowers and twinkly lights in what I think the Garden of Eden looked like.
Guess what? Casa Fiesta comes with your very own concierge! Bilingual Ramon is a phone call away for whatever you need. He can help plan day trips, offer dining suggestions, book a masseuse. My husband and I were treated like royalty. Thanks Ramon!
Here's the cherry! What a bargain whether you're flying solo, honeymooners or a party of six. Okay. Now the cat is out of the bag. Just leave room for our return.
Happy sunrise and sunsets!"

"We were staying one night in Puerto Vallarta prior to moving to Casa Melissa....then Hurricane Patricia happened and we were evacuated from PV. We contacted Melissa telling her we had no place to go and she said to head to the house even though check-in time wasn't till much later. Iris and Otto were there and had moved all the outside/pool furniture into the house and had taped the windows in preparation for the hurricane. They left us a big bowl of guacamole, pico de gallo, and a pitcher of margaritas in the fridge. They stayed in contact with us to make sure we were as safe as we could be under the circumstances. Luckily the bulk of the storm missed us but there was still flooding in the house. We went into San Pancho for breakfast the next morning and when we returned Otto and Iris had put the house back as it was supposed to be and cleaned up the floods. Everything was perfect for the remainder of the trip. I want to return to Casa Melissa ASAP!!! Melissa even put up with my parents emailing and calling her because they couldn't reach us during the storm. :-D"

"All of the previous 5 star reviews summarize this property very well! We have stayed at other properties in the San Pancho area and while very nice they were not as nice as Villa Roca for several reasons:
LOCATION - my husband and I walked to town at least once a day, either along the beach or the road. Villa Roca is close enough that you only have to walk along the dirt road for a very short stretch before you hit the cobblestone road. From there you can head to the beach or stay on the road. The driveway is steep but manageable (I mostly wore cheap flipflops from Old Navy and handled it fine).
SIMPLE DECOR - Villa Roca is very simply but tastefully decorated and I say that because other places I've stayed had so many geegaws that I was afraid I'd knock over an expensive vase or statue. Plus, the minimal decor only enhanced the natural beauty of the surroundings rather than detract from it.
CEILING FANS & AC - every room had both ceiling fans and AC and the outdoor patios had ceiling fans.
NETFLIX & WiFi - the TV had NetFlix which we have at home so it was easy to use and we really enjoyed.
The wifi worked well enough for our purposes. Also the Smart TV had the Spotify Music station.
SECURITY - there is an entrance gate to this property as well as another that is always closed. Also, the master bedroom has a safe in the closet. You feel like you can leave your valuables at the house and that they are secure, whether in the safe or not."
