"My husband and i plus another couple (our best friends) stayed at Casa Colina for one week over New Years Eve. We were in San Pancho for my step-son's wedding. This house was perfect for us in so many ways. The view is amazing...incredible panoramic sunsets...panoramic ocean view...too cool for words. Two separate master suites provided privacy and the outdoor shower was my personal favorite...i watched for hump-back whales while showering! The main living/kitchen/dining area was spacious - we cooked many meals and played Uno into the night...honestly, this house is private yet within walking distance to the town. We are already planning our next visit!"

"nine wonderful days we stayed at Casa Blanca in Lo de Marcos The house size and openness ws perfect for two couples. The house was very clean and had all the necessary items in it . the view and the pool are the highlights of this property. It was fantastic for getting out of the heat and enjoying the views of the ocean and town. Having Bill and Mary nearby was a definite plus to answer questions and make recomendations for dinner. We found our rental car a necessity for exploring nearby towns, beaches and resturants We have rented several properties in the area and Lo de Marcos the best balance between quitness which we like and lots of activity This is a great house and we will return"

"We had a wonderful and relaxing nine days at the Inn at San Pancho. Just a few miles down the road from busier and more popular Sayalita we found a charming town with great restaurants and secluded beaches with diving Pelicans we watched by the hour. We first stayed in the Agave apartment which would have been just perfect for two but it was rented part of our time there so we moved to the Victoria two bedroom home which was wonderful. We would go back in a minute. Clean with a view of the Pacific over Palm trees and only a short walk to the beach. Figure on about $500 pesos a day for food and drink. ATMs plentiful but Mexican bank rate combined with US bank rates deliver about 12.8 pesos to the dollar compared to 15.7 in paper. Consider getting pesos from your bank before leaving. We did get 13 exchange rate at the airport."

"We can't say it better than betty f. who wrote below. She captures it perfectly. We had stayed before in San Pancho on the other side of town with dogs that bark all night and roosters who take up after the dogs, and daily trucks with loudspeakers advertising this and that. What a relief to be in this part of town. Utterly quiet except for birds and ocean waves. The house itself is lovely and well-equipped. The pool is just right for soaking. I'm a bit reluctant to write this review because it may mean less chance to stay here in the future, but Dennis deserves it for offering such a great home."
