"My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful is just up the street from a beautiful quiet beach in a lovely quiet neighbourhood...the house backs onto the jungle so you wake to the sounds of the birds and the palms shifting in the breeze...we had such a great time there...the pool is amazing ..the garden is lovely, beds comfy, kitchen is well equipped, great outside living is a 10-15 minute walk to the wonderful town of San Pancho but it can be done via the beach or the cobble road full of lots of things to see...we really enjoyed the walk...there is nothing negative to say about this was truly lovely..I wish I was still there!~and I would go back in a flash!...we also felt very safe there! we were well cared for by Jose and his wife...always available and checking on us...."

  • Spacious beautiful home(s) with easy access to the beach

"We stayed here with our extended family (4 sets of adults, 2 sets of kids) for 4 days prior to attending a family wedding in Puerto Vallarta. The house is impeccability laid out for multi-family living, but also with a high level of privacy for individual bedrooms/casitas: credit to the architect for that vision. The swimming pool is magnificent and was the primary focus for all the kids (and parents) in our entourage. There are pool toys in the storage room next to the pool. The home is set far back on a remote road - it helps to have a 4WD - although we navigated it (bumpily) using a 2WD VW Jetta. No big deal. The decor, artwork, furnishings are fantastic, and the large, spacious kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for our large group. The entertainment system was helpful to keep the kids occupied (there were some DVDs in the home) in the evenings while the adults ate and relaxed on the balconies. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their home. The house manager was a great local resource for San Pancho and helped out with organizing fishing trips, etc. The house staff were very unobtrusive but very helpful when we needed taxis for trips or assistance of any kind. The home is about a 20 minute walk from the pueblo of San Pancho which can be a long time in the hottest (middle) part of day, especially with kids (hint: get your kids to take siestas!). The owners are very up front about this (and everything else about life here) in their Help Documents which are comprehensive and easy to read. The pathway through the jungle to the beach is a fun adventure for the kids. It is pretty steep, but manageable. The San Pancho beach is no joke - strong waves and currents - so we tended to stay around the pool, although we did venture down to the ocean for shell hunting, sand castle making, etc. This was our second trip to San Pancho, but the first bringing our (older) extended family with us. I am very glad we chose this property, as it was really a home-away-from-home for those in our party whose comfort zone was more US-centric and who were slightly apprehensive about visiting Mexico. For the rest of us who love everything about Mexico we were happy to see how the owners have incorporated local art and architecture into their home. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you!"

  • Beautiful Casa Pacifica

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, peaceful house in San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico. There are 4 lovely, mostly equal Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms (one has a Queen Bed, but it has a great view), and all are private. The kitchen has a lovely gas range, which is great, because we cook, large refrigerator, dishwasher and even a garbage disposal! The real beauty is the location and outdoor spaces. We used the palapa table constantly, and the plunge pool was perfect. There are nice lounge chairs for sunning, and we bought a nice hammock to use on the hooks provided. The house comes with lots of nice beach towels and linens. If you have never been to San Pancho, you are in for a treat. It has just enough art stores and restaurants, everything is walkable, if you like to walk, and we do! The sand is perfect, the beach gorgeous, the bird lagoon is very interesting, and there are great jungle hikes very close by. The waves were pretty high during our stay, great for boarding and watching the surfers. Jose Luis, the house manager, is great, really available and helpful. He is maybe the best house manager we have encountered in all of our VRBO stays! There are only a couple of things to know before you go: there is little to no cellular in the house, you may need to walk down the beach for reception, so give the house number if someone needs to reach you. There is wi-fi, but no TV, which you probably wouldn't really use, anyway! There are lots of books available if you finish yours, but you may want a deck of cards. Buy a boogie board or two in town, or at the Mega. Market Day is Tuesday, and Salsa Night is Monday in Sayulita. Enjoy! But don't tell everyone about San Pancho! It's perfect the way it is!"

  • Heaven

"I spend 5 beautiful days at Villa Violeta for 4th of July this year. We honestly had the time of our lives.. All 18 of us. The house is perfection, down to a pretty epic collection of vintage records and movies. We ate, drunk and relaxed to our hearts desire. I stayed in the mirador, the master room. It can only be descried as magical. Its tucked away in the back of the property with a stunning ocean view. Yessica and the staff were beyond great and anything we needed they took care of graciously. I was lucky enough to get engaged during our stay so will forever hold this place close to my heart. We can't wait to return. *One tip is get a FWD as it will make getting in and out of property much easier, especially in rainy season. They did warn us ,)"
