  • Casa Angel is perfect!

"Just got back from a 2 week stay at Casa Angel. We go down every January and have stayed in many houses over the years. This one was great. We specifically chose it because it was on the top of Nanzal hill, knowing the sunsets would be better and it would be quieter than the south side. We saw whales breaching all day long while we hung out poolside. The rooms were comfortable and clean, Carmina did a fantastic job as house keeper and chef! We not only used her culinary skills for dinner one night, but we had her make up ceviche and quacamole one day for our sailing trip. Fantastic! Eric was very attentive to us. We had a couple little issues that he got on right away and fixed. I honestly felt safer at Casa Angel than i do in my own home in California :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The open floor plan worked great for the 3 couples, giving us our own space when we needed it. The only thing i would change about the house is i'd put up some curtains in the bedrooms. Felt bad for the couple who stayed downstairs, as they had no privacy when people were outside. Other than that, it was perfect! The walk to town was totally doable from here too, although we had 2 golf carts which we used instead of walking most of the time. Thanks for an incredible stay!"

  • Just Perfect!

"My husband and I were fortunate enough to get to stay in the Ariba Suite, on the top level of this fantastic house. Highlights include: a super comfy bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of room to put our stuff, tasteful local decorations, an outdoor kitchen that had everything that we needed (and we made meals at the suite a bunch), a large & private sitting area outside of our room that had the most perfect breeze and view at ALL times. On top of all of that, there was the pool and bbq area that we thoroughly enjoyed! Location! This property is located within walking distance to everything. We took the bus to Sayulita from Puerto Vallarta and the house is about a 4 minute walk from the bus drop off. Easy. Also, there are multiple meat/fruit/veggie markets & stands about 3 minutes out the door. Excellent breakfast/lunch/dinner/bar options right there as well. We had one of the BEST lunches we have ever had just at the bottom of the stairs of the property on the other side of the road - grilled chicken & chorizo with cactus and veggies. Just delicious! The owner is a pleasure to deal with - timely and clear with her responses. The house staff were all very kind and easy to communicate with both in English and Spanish. In conclusion, we highly recommend Casa de las Flores for just a couple or a large group. You WON'T be disappointed!"

  • Possibly the best vacation, ever.

"Case Amarilla was the perfect place to stay on Sayulita. It was far enough away from town to be very quiet but close enough to not mind the walk to the beach and then back into town for dinner. The house itself was very nice - the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, the showers were lovely. The best part of the house, by far, was the roof-top deck - it was a great place to rest after a long day in the sun, both at the beach and at the pool. Sayulita itself was great. Lots of delicious places to eat, all very inexpensive. We rented chairs on the beach every day, had lunch either on the beach or tacos on the way back to the house. There were fun places to shop for unique souvenirs. And you can't beat the exchange rate right now - most places gave 14-15 pesos per U.S. dollar. In all, you really can't beat Casa Amarilla for a relaxing, stress-free vacation in Sayulita. We will certainly be coming back."

  • Amazing home and pool. Location Excellent

"Great for our family of four. Home is decorated beautifully. Well appointed. Pool is larger than what it look like in the pictures. Surroundings gorgeous! 5 minute walk to beaches or town center. We would visit again. The property manager, Laysha, is knowledgeable and friendly."
