"What an amazing house. It's the last House up a steep street, with a beautiful view and incredible peace. The house is done perfectly. There is absolutely nothing that isn't stellar. The pool is incredible and long for laps. The kitchen and palapa room are perfect. Easy to forget about the rest of the world when you are here. Short golf cart ride into town. Great cooking facilities. Filtered water. Big bathrooms. A kind gentleman takes care of the house. The owners were so helpful. All around A plus."

"Everything about our stay at Casa de las Flores was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxed. The house is aptly named as the terraced garden feels like flowers are growing out of the walls. Meandering pathways make even the walk from the kitchen to the pool feel like a garden stroll. We can't say enough about the pool area, which gets enough sun to make you want to spend the whole day in the water, with plenty of shaded areas and lounges to retreat to. The kitchen has what you need to prepare many meals at "home," and we enjoyed eating local produce, fish and pastries at the open air dining area while looking out at the hillside homes across the way. The only downfall to Casa de las Flores is that it is so enjoyable we had a hard time motivating to go out on the town! But town is just a few steps away and we found it to be slow paced, friendly, and accessible to even the novice traveler. After a day out shopping in the markets or a day on the beach, we all looked forward to returning to the large, cool rooms and the spectacularly comfortable beds. To top it all off, the home owner and her manager are fun, friendly, and quick to respond to questions. Such a treat."

"My husband and I have stayed in several rentals in Sayulita and this is our favorite. It was really a little oasis and we loved the outdoor kitchen and having the ability to dive in the pool and then walk right into the kitchen to grab a drink. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make a meal. The pool is lovely, it is surounded by jungle-like folliage, many beautiful birds and butterflies. There is also a nice view of the water and the sunsets are not to be missed. The bedroom was large and comfortable with air conditioning and I always love an open- air shower. It is about a mile to walk into the middle of town, or main beach. We walked in a couple times per day, and in the evening, if it was late, we would grab a taxi back, which was just a couple dollars. Perfect for a couple's get away."

"We (8 adults) stayed at this location in June, for a destination wedding in Sayulita. We were blown away by how helpful the property manager, Mitch, was and how private the house felt. We were only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the center of town, making this spot an ideal location. FYI: the fourth "bedroom" in the main house is up on the "palapa" or the terrace on the 3rd floor. There was a bug net to keep the bugs out, but keep in mind that there is no A/C up there and that the wildlife and A/C fan from downstairs can be a bit loud. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if everyone wants their own private space and you don't rent the casita. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this property to others!"
