"We have stayed at Encantadora twice in the past year, so this review is long overdue. The owners were so very easy to work with and the condo intself is meticulously clean, well equipped and so tastefully decorated. It is only a five minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants in the area. No need to go downtown, but should you want to, and you should, the walk is a mere 15 minutes. Sayulita is so unlike many other Mexican destinations we have visited. It still maintains the old Mexican charm. I would not hesitate to recommend Encantadra to any visitors seeking a great condo with a fabulous pool so very close to the beach. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay there."

"We had an absolute blast in Casa Rana Verde. It's a very cool property, with 4 separate casas (3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen). We went with two other families and having our own separate casa allowed for some quiet down time with our family. The views are spectacular, the pool and landscaping is so lush and green. It truly is a tropical oasis. And the town of Sayulita can not be beat. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Barry for all of your communication before, during and after our stay. Muchos gracias!"

"We stayed with a small child and friend at Casa Limon in April, 2015. It was 5 minutes to the town centre and also to the beach though located in a quieter part of town. Though not fancy, the house had all of the amenities needed (such as cooking utensils, a small safe, drinking water, books to read, wifi, phones, a beach umbrella, beach towels, air conditioning, a television with movies if that's what you like etc.). In addition it was very affordable, especially for all that was offered. The house has three beds in a lower basement area (which is nice and cool) and a top bedroom upstairs. It also has a nice comfy living room, an open patio on the roof top which was great in the evenings, and a front patio with shade for the daytime. The renter and the property manager were both readily available for any concerns we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be back."

"We loved Casa Cereza. It is truly a Mexican Hacienda. Everything was as pictured. The casita is extremely clean. The management company was responsive and delightful to work with. We arrived in May. Both bedrooms were air-conditioned however the living room and kitchen were not. It was extremely hot. The problem we found was we did not have a breeze to cool the patio down. The stove is a 4 burner stove. No oven. It was too hot to cook so it was not a concern. It is an easy walk into town and beach. I would say it takes 5 minutes to walk to either. The living room was not very comfortable. The water pressure was not the best but it's Mexico. We used the outdoor shower. It only has cold water but was wonderful. Never used the shower in the bathroom. I am returning for another month in October. I do not think you would be disappointed with Casa Cereza."
