Casa las Brisas
"We stayed in this house for four nights and could not have been happier. The house is closer to the beach and town than the site mentioned, so that was an added bonus. It is on the way up a short, but very steep hill, so take that into consideration. You can't see the sun actually set over the water, which is something we were looking forward to, but the colors spreading through the clouds over the house were amazing. The house is a great place to relax and watch the light dim outside, with plenty of patio space on both floors. There is also more than enough space inside to hang out if you want to do that also. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is decently equipped, but be warned that the gas pressure to the stove top is less than desirable. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water for some noodles. We grilled fish two nights, so that was easy enough to escape the kitchen. Also, they had more than enough wine glasses but no wine opener. If you are a wine drinker, you might want to plan on bringing a small one with you if you check bags. If you aren't renting a car they can set you up with a great service round trip from the airport in a suburban. It was a little pricey, but it was well worth all the extra space and not being crammed into a taxi or waiting on the bus. Overall a great place and I would recommend this house to anyone."

"We spent a wonderful week here at Casa Toscana. The landscaping is stunning, the house is nicely built, and everything is clean and up to snuff! The owner was very helpful with final arrangements getting to the house and finding our way around Sayulita for the first time. We have two children - ages 4.5 and 1.5 at time of travel - and the house was perfect. The owners had a pack-n-play, high chair, and stroller ready for us to use, what a breeze! Dependable wi-fi and comfortable beds kept the parents happy too :)
Location of the house is very easy to get in and out of the town center (even walking for our older child was no problem). It has some nice restaurants nearby, and the quiet neighborhood is a nice break from the bustle of town activity."

"The selva y sol is surely the best spot in town to enjoy the amazing view of the sayulita bay. Placed on a hill but easy to climb is a pleasant house to live. The main bedroom is amazing, and the double shower a real luxury! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook, even more! The pool is cozy but refreshing and the top terrace is the best place to check weather or make a marriage proposal ! I really recommend selva y sol but I need to add the if people is quite frightened by darkness or jungle noises it would be a proper shock therapy. We had an amazing time in sayulita also thanks to selva y sol. Thanks Grazie Ciao"

"We spent a week at Villa Pcaso and absolutely loved it. The owner and staff are wonderful. We were traveling as a family of 8.. two grandparents, two parents, and four children between the ages of 8-13. We would recommend this house for groups that don't need the fourth bedroom as the one on the lower level is not ideal for folks wanting fresh air and a view. The large glass doors need to remain closed due to being at ground level and there are no windows. Other than that, the top floors are amazing with terrific views on a very nice property. Folks with mobility issues should know they will be needing the golf cart (provided) as the hill gets steep."
