"My wife and I spent a week at Casa Tarzan. I have to agree with the other reviews. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. It is a wonderful place to call home while in Sayulita. We have rented places thru VRBO all over the world and this one exceeded our expectations.
Jeana the owner was fantastic, there was nothing left to chance.
Look no further."

"My husband and I traveled with 45 other people to Sayulita for my brother's wedding. Once we reserved Casa Papa Charley put us in contact with everyone we needed for the entire trip. The shuttle gave us the opportunity to shop at the mega store on the way to Sayulita. Then Jose Luis greeted us with keys to the house & safe along with fresh made salsa, chips, and 4 ice-cold beers.
For 8 nights, my party of 4 adults and 9 month old used Casa Papa house as a relaxing escape from the festivities, an outdoor fortress to hide from the sun, a play area for toddlers, and a gathering area for homemade dinners followed by 12 person dice games. When we did venture out of Casa Papa we loved the location. On our short walk into town we’d pass by many of the other houses of our friend and family. Casa Papa was the best fit for us. Its filtered water, really cold large refrigerator, American style common areas, soaking pool, ceiling fans above each bed & open air floor plan were the perfect merger of American and Mexican living.
Now, I might have been too positive in this review. The house is by no means perfect. The common areas downstairs could really use a ceiling fan or 2 in and simplification of the light switches. There are like 20 switches clustered all together and I never did learn what goes to what. Lastly the guest bath is under the stairs going from the 2nd to 3rd floor. That means you always have to go upstairs to go to the bathroom. It would have been nicer to have it under the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor.
With all this said, we saw many other houses that the other wedding guest stayed in. I did not find one that fit my needs better than Casa Papa. If I do return to Sayulita I would stay at Casa Papa or Casa Momento because Charley has a good crew of people to support his 2 rentals."

"We stayed in this house for four nights and could not have been happier. The house is closer to the beach and town than the site mentioned, so that was an added bonus. It is on the way up a short, but very steep hill, so take that into consideration. You can't see the sun actually set over the water, which is something we were looking forward to, but the colors spreading through the clouds over the house were amazing. The house is a great place to relax and watch the light dim outside, with plenty of patio space on both floors. There is also more than enough space inside to hang out if you want to do that also. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is decently equipped, but be warned that the gas pressure to the stove top is less than desirable. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water for some noodles. We grilled fish two nights, so that was easy enough to escape the kitchen. Also, they had more than enough wine glasses but no wine opener. If you are a wine drinker, you might want to plan on bringing a small one with you if you check bags. If you aren't renting a car they can set you up with a great service round trip from the airport in a suburban. It was a little pricey, but it was well worth all the extra space and not being crammed into a taxi or waiting on the bus. Overall a great place and I would recommend this house to anyone."

"While Tracy and Evan were out of town during our stay so we never had a chance to meet them, they were very responsive to my many questions prior to our first trip to Sayulita. The house is very well kept and everything is in excellent working order. The location, just a few minutes from town either walking or via our rented golf cart, was absolutely ideal with peace and quiet at night but easy access to all of Sayulita's wonderful restaurants and the beach as well. The AC in the upper rooms worked very well when we needed it, and the beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to return to Sayulita and would stay at Casa Contigo again in a second! Thanks Tracy and Evan!!"
