"We loved Casa Cereza. It is truly a Mexican Hacienda. Everything was as pictured. The casita is extremely clean. The management company was responsive and delightful to work with. We arrived in May. Both bedrooms were air-conditioned however the living room and kitchen were not. It was extremely hot. The problem we found was we did not have a breeze to cool the patio down. The stove is a 4 burner stove. No oven. It was too hot to cook so it was not a concern. It is an easy walk into town and beach. I would say it takes 5 minutes to walk to either. The living room was not very comfortable. The water pressure was not the best but it's Mexico. We used the outdoor shower. It only has cold water but was wonderful. Never used the shower in the bathroom. I am returning for another month in October. I do not think you would be disappointed with Casa Cereza."

"We had an absolute blast in Casa Rana Verde. It's a very cool property, with 4 separate casas (3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen). We went with two other families and having our own separate casa allowed for some quiet down time with our family. The views are spectacular, the pool and landscaping is so lush and green. It truly is a tropical oasis. And the town of Sayulita can not be beat. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Barry for all of your communication before, during and after our stay. Muchos gracias!"

"The place is magic. Secluded in the hills of Sayulita. The drive to the house is gorgeous. Once you arrive the house seems small but once you start walking around you see how well designed the house is. And the view is amazing.
Make sure to get a car to get around. You need one any way to explore so make sure you do arrange for one. However, there are taxis to take you around and pick you up at the from door.
A very quite place so it's a great place to get away but close enough to the town center to have a little of both worlds."

"Just spent six weeks in Casa Limon with my wife and our three teenage daughters. We Loved our home in Sayulita. The location was equally close to the town square, the busy main beach, the quieter north beach and the bus station. We enjoyed the June and July vibe of Sayulita and if the temps got a little high, the AC in Casa Limon worked great. The owner went the extra mile and since she was in Sayulita shortly before we arrived, she helped me locate and purchase a surfboard for the family to use while we were there. She even stored it for me and had it waiting when we arrived. The property manager was great and when lightning took out the internet, she worked hard to get it restored soon. We especially liked that the house is in a real neighborhood where your neighbors were about 1/2 locals and 1/2 vacation renters. Enjoying the roof patio while listening to rooster, watching the school children and their parents walking to and from school, hearing the morning bread salesman tout his product, and all the other attendant sights and sounds of Sayulita will forever be a part of our family. The experience was excellent and the only reason I have not given Casa Limon more stars is that it is a modest accommodation when compared to some of the near-by multi-million dollar properties with sweeping ocean views. Casa Limon is for folks who want to experience more of the culture of Sayulita and not be miles from locals cloistered away in some gated community."
