"Our family stayed in this great penthouse for school break. We loved the home! The views are amazing! The pool is so pretty. We loved being able to walk into town. And the house keeper is a wonderful cook and a very kind woman! We loved it!"

"This condo is absolutely stunning! It was so relaxing and tastefully appointed, with everything you could need to be comfortable. The manager could not have been more helpful, even getting us a doctor to come when one of us slipped and fell (off site) and needed stitches. Donna was a pleasure to work with as well.
The views are breathtaking and everything was great. The restaurant across the street is quite tasty and the manager is very friendly too."

"to live in luxury in such a great location, I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than this condo. We got it as a gift for our wedding and stayed here for my honeymoon last year. This is an AMAZING place. We walked in to a spacious and welcoming foyer that opens up to an amazing gourmet open kitchen/living room/dining room combo. The is a beach front unit on the first floor of a 6 unit building that shares one pool. What this means is that the pool and beach is literally steps away from the patio.
I am planning another trip there again with a group of friends this year and it may very well become our meet-up place for future trips! I can't wait to be back there again!"

"Casa Fortuna was home for four siblings and three spouses Feb 10-24th. Thanks for sharing your charming vacation home with us. We had a simply wonderful time. The house is large and beautiful, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The master bedrooms are awesome and even my bedroom (being the “single” in the group) had a beautiful view of the ocean!! There was plenty of room for all of us to have some private time if necessary. We used the pool every day and the ocean out front offered great swimming for many of us.
We all tended to gather around the round table on the front deck in the mornings and prepared our own breakfasts as we were ready. Then we went for a walk, swam, fished, read books, or got caught up on social media. The 3 guys all brought their guitars so we had lots of music going on. The short walk to the commercial area made it easy to shop daily for what we needed and the market is always a fun place to go on Thursdays. We tried several restaurants and went to Guayabitos for the Friday evening concerts that the hotel association organizes during the month of February.
Rick and Sandi are a sweet couple and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had Sandi cook for us one night and it was a great experience. We found the kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks and we bbq'd a couple of nights. There are four choices of eating areas....1 inside, 1 in the back garden, one on the upper deck ocean side and 1 on the lower deck ocean side. The back garden was transformed to a fairyland when Rick turned on the lights in the two large trees and we thoroughly enjoyed tracking the iguanas that live there. Our avid bird watchers were kept busy also.
Security here is second to none!! This was the first vacation I can remember taking where I was not ready to leave it for home! … and I wasn’t the only one that felt that way."
