A very relaxing 2 week vacation
"We stayed in Rita's condo between March 7 to 21. We are 2 adult couples.
Neat, clean, spacious and up to date.
It has ALL the supplies that you'll ever going to need.
It's like staying at home; where you have all the supplies, accessories and conveniences.
Full size fridge and 4 burner stove. Microwave and coffee maker.
BBQ on the balcony. What a bonus! Used that a few times during our stay.
Flat screen tv, ipod stand.
Washer and dryer.
Internet speed ranges from "dial up speed" to fast. It's finicky!
Building: Looks a little worn. No need for concern.
Grounds: Well kept. 24 hour security.
Pool: 2 large ones and another by the beach for swimming laps. clean and well kept. No problems getting pool loungers, sun shelters with mattresses and pillows. Very quiet and laid back atmosphere.
Beach: Awesome! Sandy and not rocky. Not busy compared to neighboring hotels.
North side of Nuevo Vallarta bordering on Bucerias.
25 minute leisurely stroll to Mega (supermarket that has everything)
Taxi rides - just ask the security guards. Takes 2 minutes.
25 minute leisurely stroll to Bucerias (south side).
The location is very safe because you have to go through several security check points to get to the building.
Absolutely no concerns to your safety!
Owner of Condo:
Awesome to deal with.
Prompt in responding to questions or concerns.
I will absolutely rent from her again without hesitation!
Rita (owner) suggest a "pay it forward" to the next guest; which is a great idea! Example: when we arrived after a long plane ride, we wanted ice cold beer to quench our thirst. We found them in the fridge.
We liked the idea so much, we decided to "pay it forward" also to the next guest in a generous way.
Unlike timeshare where you have to dispose of everything before you leave. which is such a waste!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful vacation here with our friends and family. We had a large group so we rented this unit and another two doors down. The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. Everything you could want is within 15 minutes. Beach club and backyard pool were wonderful. We also spent some time at the Sports Club for the kids club and fitness areas which were top notch. We had no issues getting into the unit, keys, membership or towel cards. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and very secure. The owners, Nelida, and Ralph were all wonderful. Hopefully we can make a return visit soon."

"My sister and I sought a beautiful place for relaxation and serenity. We found it !
We appreciate the policy of the owners to protect their guests from undue visitors.
This is a spotless, spacious accommodation surrounded by lovely flowers and plants, lovingly tended and
overseen by generous, solicitous owners.
I hope we can return !"

"Kim’s condo was the perfect retreat for our one-week stay with young children. We were two families with one child each (17-months and 15-months).
Playa Royal is a beautiful property with freshly manicured grounds and a clean kiddie pool and adult pool. The property is more striking than the accurately posted pictures.
You are fairly secluded in this enclave, but it was perfect for our situation. This property has an older clientele and some families, and the only onsite restaurant is the beach club, which has limited hours. There are a handful of restaurants nearby or you can walk to the Paradise Village mall where you’ll find a small grocery store, Starbucks and a few more restaurants.
You have full access to all Paradise Village properties and amenities. We paid for the $18 weekly social membership at El Tigre, where we enjoyed the INDOOR kid’s playroom. There is a small outdoor playground at the Paradise Village Beach Resort. These were important elements for our “perfect family gateway.”
The condo is also nice and simply decorated. The unit was easy to maintain during our stay and it felt safe. One thing to note is that the master bedroom faces outward toward the grounds and beach while the other bedroom faces the hallway. Not a huge deal, but it is worth mentioning only because we were traveling with another couple and at first glance one bedroom and bathroom felt superior to the other. That being said, the back bedroom remained cooler and there was less outside noise so it was fine. And, though the second bath hosts the washer/dryer it has two entry ways.
Kim is very thoughtful about the items you’ll need for a beach vacation – the closet includes beach towels, boggie boards, beach chair mats, etc. She also has a small selection of board games and books. The kitchen includes all the basics.
Things to note:
1) Housekeeping is conducted by an outside company; work with Kim to set cleaning up in advance.
2) Request additional bath towels in advance; only 4 large towels were provided even though there were six occupants listed on the rental agreement.
3) This is a condo complex not a hotel, though there is a concierge, front desk staff, beach restaurant, etc to make your stay more pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and out was easy.
Kim is very easy to work with. All of our questions were answered in a timely matter and Kim provided helpful information in advance of our stay."
