"We had a splendid time at this condo owned by Tim and Bonnie in Nuevo Vallarta. The condo is immaculate and does not lack for anything. The bed was better than the one that we had at home! We spent two months at this condo and would definitely have booked for the next year if it would have been available. Beautiful view of the pools and oceans. The grounds of the condo is attached to the Dreams Hotel so all the activities can be attended. Did water aerobics just about every day! The staff and owners are so friendly and so helpful. The bus route is right outside and so easy to get around. Their is three grocery stores very close (bus or taxi) and have everything you need to cook at home. We went to a few restaurants that were excellent."Guest: Terry and Debby Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: March 18, 2014View listing
"My family and I (wife and two kids, three and under) enjoyed our time immensely in this wonderful little house! It was exactly as advertised and met all of our expectations. Half of our time was spent in the pool, which was cleaned regularly. The house was a 5-10 min walk to everything in town (beach, restaurants, grocery stores) We have fallen in love with the town of San Pancho and hope to return in the future. The homeowner, Brad, was very helpful, answering all our questions and concerns and the property manager, Daly, was also very helpful, answering all our questions, setting up taxis, etc. Daly even mailed our daughter's favourite sippy cup that we forgot. Brad and Daly have gone above and beyond! I would recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing time in a quaint, seaside Mexican town!!"Guest: Murray R. "We stayed at Casa las Brisas just recently, during the month of March 2014, and our experience was extraordinary, we loved the location of the house, the decor, the colors, the layout, pretty much everything about it. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The access was made very easy to us, even though we got there very late at night. The property management couple were delightful courteous, and spoke perfect English. They always answered my calls when I had a question or a request. This made our stay even more pleasant. We can't wait to go back to Sayulita and stay at Casa las Brisas."Guest: Clara & Aaron B. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 17, 2014View listing
"We have visited Casa Kestos for the past nine years, reveling in the welcoming accommodations, loud surf, pristine beaches, and the mile distance from town. We prefer not to have a car because we like the simplicity, but going without requires a love of walking or a willingness to rent a cab to get to town. We walk everywhere! The staff, Alfredo y Yrene always go the extra mile to make our stay extra enjoyable; in fact I can't imagine being there without them. We really like the new taxi service from PV, and Ernesto took good care of us coming and going. We were NOT ready to leave and can't wait to get back."Guest: Janie S.
