"We enjoyed our stay at Los Almendros. The condo was lovely and well appointed. It was located in a residential neighborhood, which was mostly quiet, with the exception of barking dogs and a house party one night. Our unit faced the residential street, so it was a bit noisier than units in the other four buildings. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. We were easily able to walk into town and there were several restaurants nearby with great food. The ocean was two blocks away and was perfect. The town of Sayulita was charming, with great little shops and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend Los Almendros to friends."

  • Enjoyable stay at Casa Angel

"The home on the hill is exactly as profiled online. It is pretty and fairly well equipped with a beach umbrella, nice beach chairs (that double as a backpack) and boards. Our family of five stayed comfortably. The home is quite a distance from town and requires a steep walk uphill to return. I recommend renting a golf cart for your stay, however do not use Pacific Coast golf carts as the owner is extremely unresponsive and uncaring of the condition of the cart. The first one was returned because the tires were going flat, the second one would not charge (electric) when we returned the cart due to being unable to use it, we were charged for the entire next day. Eric, the house manager was very responsive when questions came up and really was knowledgable about Sayulita. Carmen the housekeeper, came by almost everyday. She is an excellent cook and I highly reccomend her chili rellanos! We did ask that the beds be changed on the 5th night, which was halfway through our stay, she made the beds without changing them anyway, therefore I took off the sheets and handed them to her. I do realize that water is precious in the area, however one change during a 10 day stay is not excessive. Also, I had to ask for clean towels halfway through our stay. The sunsets from this location were spectacular with a wraparound view, best view in the area. Since it is in the jungle, make sure to bring insect repellent for the many mosquitos. Also bring flashlights that you will need if you wish to walk to town at night. All in all we enjoyed Casa Angel and consider it a good value for a three bedroom home."

  • Its more than 5 star - its perfect

"I invited members of my family (mother, two sisters, brother in law, brother and son) to vacation with me at Casa Pacificio (May 17-24, 2014). The home was perfect for us and would certainly accommodate much larger groups. The owners are gracious and informative and their staff is second to none. The home is well designed and constructed. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the Puerto Vallarta area. The house overlooks the Banderas Bay (the view from the back of the house to the bay is southerly) and the way it is situated is perfect. The house is a short walk on a path to the beach. Lots of surfers about ½ mile west. The view is exactly what one wants to truly relax on vacation. The pool runs the length of the home and all of us made well use of the pool. The master bedrooms are incredible, whether on the main floor or second floor. The living room/dining room overlooks the pool – and it has floor to ceiling bi-fold glass doors running the full length – which fold up to completely open up the room to the pool. We left it open the entire trip. The master bedroom I used (primary one on the first floor) had 3 walls of floor to ceiling bi-fold doors and I had them opened the entire trip. The kitchen was large and spacious. The house is staffed by Bersa and Ramiro and their daughter Laura. Bersa is truly an excellent chef and all 3 exceeded our requirements. Bersa spends hours preparing meals to perfection. The owners representations regarding their property are 100% accurate."
