  • More than we could have hoped for!

"We had an extended stay, 6 weeks, and we loved every moment of it. The condo is exactly as you see in pictures, well, even better. When you open the front door the view that greets you is amazing. And once all the windows are open, the outside becomes part of the inside. The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable, and the kitchen is so well stocked. We cooked most meals, using the barbeque many nights, and even the crock pot came in handy. Groceries are no problem either, as it is about a 20 minute walk, and the Mega is a wonderful store. The owners have everything you might need. They even have booklets with so much information, about the condo, as well as restaurants and interesting sights to see. Once a week we would go out to one of the many restaurants in the area, and always had a wonderful meals. We also went whale watching, and we were able to take part in releasing baby turtles, which is just up the beach. Relaxing was also so easy at the huge infinity pools, or even the lap pool by the beach, which was where we usually spent our time. As nice as the pools were, we loved the ocean and the water was so warm, and the rolling waves were so fun. You could even use the boogie boards that were in the condo, and we always brought the small cooler from the condo for cold drinks. We cannot think of anything bad to say about this condo, or the location. And even better are the owners, who are so thorough, and helpful, not to mention, very quick to reply to any questions or concerns."

  • Our home away from home!!

"We are 2 couples from Colorado and we have been renting homes throughout Mexico and Belize for 20 years. We rented Casa Pamela Nov. 2013 and again in March 2014 and have it scheduled for Nov. 2014 again! The rental manager, Marilyn, is one of the few I have dealt with that answers immediately and sends thorough and complete directions for the area and the house. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition and located an easy and quick walk to La Cruz where we buy fresh fish or meat at Kenny's Meat Market, fresh produce at the little stores. We have met a wonderful cab driver and he waits for us every day to give us a ride back with our groceries. He is learning English and we are learning Spanish from him. We enjoy the evenings cooking out on the grill and relaxing while taking in the ocean scenery (can't find a better view with all the boats and the lights of PV and Nuevo across the bay) and taking evening swims in the pool. Casa Pamela has always been spotless and, a big surprise for Mexico, all appliances, toilets, etc. work!!!!!! Everyone who works to keep Casa Pamela in such great condition are friendly and fun to get to know, the maid, the gardener, the pool man, the guards. We also love Canelo, La Puntilla's dog. He is sweet and friendly, but will leave you alone if you want. He will also go for walks with you!!! We have always felt extremely safe at Casa Pamela and now we can't wait to get to our second home in the sun this November and already have plans to go back in March 2015!!!"

  • Fabulous Villa Roca

"We spent at week at Villa Roca and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! One of our highlights was watching a pod of whales swim by while lounging in the amazing infinity pool! We never grew tired of watching the pelicans and other birds fly right by the deck. The villa is perfect for watching surfers/boogie boarders in the waves below and gorgeous sunsets every evening! The nights are perfect for sitting outside and viewing the stars! Symon (the owner) was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He was great at getting everything set up before we arrived so our stay went very smoothly. Marcus the property manager was so nice and very helpful. He is a wealth of information about San Pancho and surrounding areas! We had Elena and her daughter cook for us three nights and everything was delicious. Our favorite was the coconut shrimp and coffee flan! Another night we had the chef from Mexotik cook a dinner for my husband's birthday and it was fantastic! The spinach salad and Mahi Mahi fish were both very fresh and flavorful! For dessert we had avocado chocolate mousse and it was out of this world! It is a nice walk along the beach into town where there are many enjoyable restaurants. We had great Marlin fish tacos one night at Barracuda. La Ola Rica was another fun spot for dinner and we all loved our meals. The town of Sayulita is nice to visit and takes about 15 minutes by car. The staff for the house are so friendly and helpful and made our stay delightful! They were very accommodating to our requests. The people of San Pancho were welcoming and very nice. We had one of our best vacations at Villa Roca and plan on returning very soon!"

  • Beyond Your Greatest Expectation

"The condo is exactly as described in the vrbo ad. It's a magical home in a magical place. The beach is literally 2-3 minute walk and going into "town" is just a bit further. Restaurant Row (as they call it here) is wildly convenient to the condo and has some pretty decent options for all your meals. That said, spend the $40 and have the concierge go get your groceries ahead of time. We LOVED just staying in and cooking ourselves -- did that about every other night. We made big breakfasts for the whole family in the enormous kitchen, had sandwiches for lunch and such. So nice. The unit has a pool right outside the unit and was so nice. Disappointingly, there were only a few chairs by the pool that had cushions on them. This isn't the fault of the owners, but of the complex. Everything is clean and the daily housekeeping service was exceptional. The use of the car was great, but would have LOVED also having a golf cart as well. Exceptional accommodations. Beautiful condo and wildly convenient location. Five stars times 10."
