  • wonderful stay in mexico

"Thanks so much for letting us stay at your villa in Mexico. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the great amenities... The resort is so clean and well maintained. The pool and beach are breathtaking and better than any pictures. The services such as cleaning, towels and maintance are very prompt and proffessional. We enjoyed everything the resort had to offer, wonderful gym, great food, friendly service. The villa had everything we would need for our 10 day trip. Well appointed with comfortable beds, couches, and very efficient air conditioning. Great visit, we would love to stay again...many thanks!"

  • Perfect spot for family holiday!

"My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren spent one of the nicest Easters I can remember at Casa Nina in 2013. Despite our delayed travel the weekend before, things couldn't have been more perfect once we arrived! The condo was clean, fresh and ready for our arrival when our cab pulled up at the door. Our beds had even been turned down by the time we arrived. Arlene - the villa's owner, seemed on top of everything and was kind and pleasant to us. She even brought coffee, tea, juice and fruit for our first morning's breakfast! The villa was nicely appointed and well equipped with all the modern convenience including washer, dishwasher and wireless Internet. Arlene graciously took us to the local market on Monday so we could stock up on food, drink and snacks. The village of Bucerias was wonderful. The beach and sunsets were even more lovely than described. No photo can do those Pacific sunsets justice. The claim of whales and dolphins in the bay was no exaggeration either. We spotted several during the 2 weeks we were there. As the description of the villa said, we enjoyed the quiet serenity of the compound and beach so much we often didn't want to leave Casa Nina to go sightseeing. Nevertheless, we did wander out anyway. Swimming with the dolphins was great fun as was our day of shopping in Vallarta, the village plaza with its old church, the many local galleries and restaurants and the art walk down the main street on Thursday evenings was fun too. It was a grand escape and holiday for all of us. We were all glad we did it! Special thanks to our hostess for her help. She was nearby when we needed her; but stayed away when we didn't. She was indeed the perfect hostess! We look forward to staying at Casa Nina again. We're considering Christmas this year or next. We're curious to see how Santa gets in through those wrought iron security grills."

  • Beautiful Property

"We spent a delightful few days in May, 2014 at this property in Nuevo Vallarta, which is one of our favorite destinations on the planet. I can't say enough about how well we were treated not only by the owners, as well as the property managers."

  • Another Brilliant Stay

"This unit could not be more perfect for a family with mixed age grandchildren; there is something for everyone, from those who enjoy bobbing up and down in the pool to those who love to paddle board or surf. The unit is comfortable and well equipped; towels are more than ample and the kitchen has sufficient pots and pans, plates and silverware for everyone and more! The two main bedrooms both have the same spectacular ocean views and deck furniture outside is perfect for outdoor eating. The views are incredible - up and down what must be one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The pool is 25 meters so fabulous for lap swimming with the added bonus of being salt filtered so kind to the eyes. None of us wears goggles in the pool. Letty is the local manager; she is competent with email and, though not fluent, comfortable with taking care of any needs on the phone or in person. But the owners make themselves actively involved in management even when they are not in residence in one of their units. The condo unit is small: 6 floors with 3 units per floor and each has spectacular views but Donna's three units are on high floors (5 and 6) so have the most incredible views and since we had spectacular thunder and lightning storms, watching the storms pass from the balcony at night was a joy. The condo is also securely gated front and back with security cameras so young children are safe from wandering down the beach unattended! The walk into "town" (almost a dozen eateries, a bass supermarket and a couple of surf and tourist shops next to the fishing harbor) is about one block away and the condo unit if far from any town noise that might be happening (I did not hear any disturbance). The beach is sand and sloped gently for young children with perfect young kid boogie boarding and the unit has two boogie boards. Paddle boards are delivered door to door from in town and again, the ocean is delightful for this sport. The surf break in town is a short swim and it is easy to rent a launch for the trip to the no 2 best beach in the world on the Mariettas Islands. This is an adventure for younger children as the only entrance is by water: snorkel in through a cave arch or when the tide is right, on a kayak or swim in. There is nearby horse riding and a zip line experience. As promised, something for everyone!! And all this in a small Mexican fishing village!"
