  • Sweet Dreams Indeed

"We recently returned from a four-night, Thanksgiving trip to Punta Mita. We were lucky enough to have selected Las Palmas Villa #1 as our lodging choice. Could not have been more perfect. From the easy and informative booking with Nichole, to Claudia the concierege taking care of our every need from pre-stocking the refrigerator to airport transfers to dinner reservations. They have it all covered. The villa itself is exceptional. Very well maintained and plenty of room for a family of four including two teenagers. The furnishings and amenitites are first class throughout. The plunge pool is much larger than it appears in the pictures. We had an incredible stay, and we will definitely be returning."

  • DEL CANTO PENTHOUSE 5-STAR CONDO

"We have been enjoying the DEL CANTO high class 3 BR / 3 BATH ocean front penthouse condo during February and March for the last two years. The 40 feet long 10th floor ocean front well furnished balcony offers an unforgettable pool and ocean view. The two huge heated pools, the clean sandy beach, the constant sunny 82 deg. day-temp. and the warm ocean water keeps Hawaii way behind...but much closer! We already miss our long walks along this endless beautiful beach and our daily ocean swims. We HIGHLY recommend Nuevo Vallarta and particularly this Del Canto penthouse condo. WE INTEND TO SOON COME BACK!! YOLANDE and MICHEL from MONTREAL, CANADA."

  • Stunning!

"From the beautifully decorated suite to the stunning oceanview this suite offers it all. This is our 3rd time renting from Rene and Steve. They have thought of everything, from the fully stocked kitchen, the luxurious bedding, Apple TV, free long distance etc.. This year we used the services of the resident Chef. He prepared a spectacular meal for 9. The property manager, Marcos , was also a big help. We can't wait to return once again to this little piece of Paradise. See you 2015."

Mexican Riviera Travel Tips

Getting to Mexican Riviera Vacation Rentals

The Mexican Riviera refers to an extensive region on the western coast of Mexico. It includes more than 20 cities that are located along the coastline. Some of the more well-known resort areas include Acapulco, Manzanillo, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Sinaloa, and Ensenada. There are several major international airports in the region and your arrival point will largely be determined by where you will be spending your vacation. There are regional airports at both Acapulco and Mazlatan, and many flights to this area route via Mexico City which is located further inland. If you will be traveling to the Baja California Peninsula then your best option is to fly into Tijuana which is located just south of the U.S. border. From there, you can rent a car and drive to your destination. There are no rail connections and only a few bus routes along the coast. The best way to get around is to fly into the closest international or regional airport and rent a car. Depending on where you are staying, you could also simply use taxi transportation from the airport.

Stylish Hospitality at Mexican Riviera Vacation Houses

Many of the rental homes are typically spacious and can accommodate small groups of friends or large families. Often between 10 and 12 guests can stay in one villa without feeling cramped. The living areas are generally large and many of the homes have outdoor patios where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensure that all guests have sufficient privacy and personal space. The kitchens tend to be the center of the homes where families can dine together and catch up on the day’s activities. Modern appliances ensure that vacation catering is easy and convenient. Many of the vacation homes are available with a staff who ensures that laundry, cleaning and meals are taken care of. Many of the vacation homes are set along the coastline, providing easy access to the beaches.

Sun and Fun at Mexican Riviera Condos

The west coast of Mexico is known for its consistent sunshine, great vacation vibe, long stretches of beaches and excellent surfing. Typically, many of the visitors attracted to the many cities and towns along the coast are sun lovers and surfers. With the development of kite surfing and wind surfing, you will see many colorful sails leaping up above the waves on a day when the conditions are good. Beachcombers can enjoy long leisurely strolls along the beaches and relish the sound on the surf pounding on the beach. There are many historical and cultural attractions in the cities. You can visit museums and monuments and browse local craft stalls for souvenirs. Some souvenirs include bracelets and handcrafted jewelry, copper and brass items, carvings, paintings, and textiles.

Best Time of Year to Travel to Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rentals on the Mexican Riviera

Puerto Vallarta is a popular vacation destination because it has some of the best weather on Mexico’s western coastline. Throughout the year, the average daily temperature varies between 70 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes it an ideal destination for sun lovers. The late summer months are typically the low season as they are characterized by very high temperatures and heavy rains. Occasionally, tropical storms blow in between July and September bringing strong winds and torrential downpours. The peak travel season occurs during the drier winter months between December and April. During this time, temperatures are still warm and many people from icy northern climates travel to the Mexican Riviera for a mid-winter break.
