  • A little piece of heaven

"This is our 2nd year staying at villa 7 and it won't be our last. It absolutely amazing. The villa is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The decor is just fabulous you wish you could just live there forever but I will settle for once a year. The villa is just steps away from the pools and the beach. You can spend your day at the beach and then we make our way to the pool and finally finish in our own Jacuzzi. When we are feeling adventurous we take the ATV out for a ride. This place really is a little piece of heaven. The owner Shaun is just great to work with always responding to my questions in the most efficient manner. See next year villa 7."

  • Wonderful Views, A Great Place to Stay

"Bella Sirena is a wonderful resort, with spectacular views of the ocean and great pools. The 604e condo reflects the entire resort from top to bottom. It looks recently remodeled, with dark wood, a beautiful kitchen, large bedrooms and a giant master bathroom! No shop for food in town, then bring it back and cook in the large kitchen, with all appliances furnished, including a coffee maker. The full size refrigerator holds everything you'd need for a weekend or a week. If you want ice, bring a couple of ice trays. It's automatic, but not ideal if you're looking to load up a large cooler. Not a problem, just a solution. The condo had satellite tv, although it was barely on while I was there. The views in the pictures do no justice to how it really looks when you're on the balcony. Stan made payment really easy and sent me all the information via email I needed. Super painless, just how I'd want it to be. People are worried about safety in Rocky Point. I was down there for a weekend with my girlfriend and her sister and I will tell you I felt just as safe there as being in the United States. Take a trip to Rocky Point and stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!"

  • Perfection

"Five Stars, Two Thumbs up, Ten out of ten. We absolutely, positively loved our stay here, it was perfect in every way, and the only downside was that we had to leave. We can't wait to go back, and this is the only place we will stay in the future when we go to Rocky Point. The unit was so luxiourious, so well equipped, so well thought out. They even had salt, pepper, oil, and an electric barbeque! The Jacuzzi was awesome! The jetted tub in the master bedrooms was so huge that even I fit in it! (By the way, I am 6'8!). I couldn't have asked for any additional features. I wish we could just live there! The views were obviously amazing, but everything else was great. The couches were the most comfortable couches ever! All of the furniture and accessories were upgraded. I literally don't know how anyone could ask for nicer accomodations. I mean, the room even has a free vonage phone for calling the US, free wi-fi, which had a pretty fast speed, and a computer! (Although we just used our laptops so we could sit out on the balcony and get some of our needed work done with the view. The only tiny issue we had the whole time was the microwave stopped working. They had someone out within hours to fix it. I also might add that it was sure nice to use the washer and dryer and come home with all clean laundry. I loved it, loved it, loved it! I would stay here again in a hearbeat, and recommend it to anyone. For us, it was just my wife and I, so a romatic getaway. Of course, it was way bigger than we needed for just the two of us, but we stayed there because we wanted something luxurious, and this fit the bill. Also, the grounds were great. Community pools were all great and not crowded. The beach was great. I read that Bella Sirena is the lowest density resort (fewest units per acre) on Sandy Beach, and so we really liked that it never felt crowded. Most of the time, we were the only ones using the pools. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, I would love to help you decide to stay here, I am confident that you won't regret it!"

  • Beautiful beach and grounds

"We arrived on a Sunday and stayed in the 1 bed penthouse. Well, it really is not a penthouse but it is on the 7 th floor. Right below the true penthouses. We had a good trip but if you just do some minor helpful info it would have helped us since we were coming from Ohio and never been to Rocky point. 1st- u never emailed directions of where Bella sirenas is located once u get to rky pt. , then it would have been nice to know where to get key. The gate was open and we drove around for 20 minutes and had to ask the workers outside. So, pls tell future visitors they have to check in to Sea Side Rental office! So I guess we should have went thru them. He was very nice and helpful. The condo is very nice but here are a few minor things. No wash cloths for bath or kitchen. No lights that worked on patio at night, no internet or instructions to log in. I did have access to one below where my Sister was staying. No beach towels (hard to fly from ohio and pack towels) although my sisters unit had 4 (thank god). The shower door does not shut (looks broke) and the most thing that meant the most of choosing bella sirenas was the swim up bar and snack bar. CLOSED the whole time we were there! U should have told us! No bar and restaurant on grounds was very inconvenient. We would have spent money every day! Also others were complaining. The only other thing that visiting would be the town needs street lights at the main roads. Dark and no street signs or numbers. Some locals directed us. All in all it was pleasant and had a good time. I guess communication from rocky point travel was the most to complain about. Best restaurants were Chef Mickeys, señor Amigos on malecon, pane vino restaurant. The Caption on the hill was the best view but the food was not so good. We have been all over Mexico making this our 13th trip. We always love Mexico and ever tho I spoke the truth about a couple of things we hope someday to go back to Sandy Beach."
