  • A little piece of heaven

"This is our 2nd year staying at villa 7 and it won't be our last. It absolutely amazing. The villa is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The decor is just fabulous you wish you could just live there forever but I will settle for once a year. The villa is just steps away from the pools and the beach. You can spend your day at the beach and then we make our way to the pool and finally finish in our own Jacuzzi. When we are feeling adventurous we take the ATV out for a ride. This place really is a little piece of heaven. The owner Shaun is just great to work with always responding to my questions in the most efficient manner. See next year villa 7."

  • Labor weekend 2014

"All I can say is WOW! This place is gorgeous. The home is immaculate and well cared for. The home was very well built and set up for a multi family getaway. We had three different families with 10 total and it worked out great. The kitchen and living room were large enough for all of us to eat, have fun, and look out the balcony to the ocean. The beach was practically deserted. I think maybe two or three people walked by the entire three days we were there. It felt very safe. No need for water shoes at the beach either. It's not rocky like the beach closer to the resorts. We did have a few kids get stung by jelly fish one day. We think it's because the tide brought them in that day. Be on the lookout. We had no issues any other day. The only negative about our entire stay was the distance from town. Takes about 15 minutes to get back into Rocky Point. But, because of that distance, we had a beautiful deserted beach all to ourselves. Would recommend to anyone. Very peaceful and serene. Would be a nice place for a family reunion."

  • Lovely Beach Getaway

"We enjoyed our stay at your casita. It was well equipped with all the things we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We could not get the TV to work, but that was OK. We used the radio from the bedroom for music. We did have a major mosquito problem. They seemed to be getting in the casita somehow and it was frustrating. Maybe it was the time of year we went, but people need to know to bring lots of bug repellent!"
