"My family and I spent 2 nights at this place. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, no funky smell and with a great water view. You do need to walk a few steps to the beach -but I'm talking maybe 20! The only downside -not the owner's fault, the place is next to the estuary, so as soon as the sun went down, the mosquitos were all over us! The other thing about this place is that they only allow one vehicle per room, so in my case I was there with my parents and children, and they drove their own car, so we had to park it outside, no big deal because 1-the only people that go there are to go to the condos, 2- the guards who are at the entrance of the condo are basically watching your vehicle 24/7, but it was kind of a hassle because my mom had just had surgery so we had to park one car inside, drop their stuff off and had her walk to the condo, and then drive out, drop our second vehicle things off, etc. So that was a hassle -again, not the owner's fault, it is the condo's policy and they are very good at making sure they know who comes in and out.
The other thing was that the rooms did not have toilette papers, so we had to go out to the first convenience store to buy some, there also weren't any garbage bags and with 6 people in one room, garbage piles up quick so we also had to run out again and buy garbage bags.
Owner should advertise to bring your own garbage bags and TP. I also paid the 2 nights fee and later got another email getting charged for the cleaning fee. It should be provided with the quote when making reservations. The owner apologized and sent me a second bill.
Other than those minor details, the place is beautiful, friendly staff, impeccable landscaping (reminded me of Hawaii to a level), the beach is a sandy beach, amazing sunsets, not too busy, quiet and beautiful beach. I most definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again! Highly recommended."
