  • October Vacation

"We loved our trip to Las Palomas and Julie's condo. The condo had everything we needed to make meals and the bedrooms all came with big, comfy beds! Plus 3 bathrooms was nice to have when taking showers after a day at the beach. The view from the patio is amazing and the patio is much bigger than any other condo I've stayed at before. The pool was great and the swim up bar was an added plus. I'd definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!"

  • Great Condo, Amazing View!!!

"I was a little nervous about renting from here at first as it was my first time doing so. Fortunately I chose a location Boris owns, and he made it so much easier for us. He guided us along the whole process and went as far as giving us a call to ensure we were properly informed on everything with rocky point. The condo itself was amazing, nothing too fancy or too cheesy. We felt right at home. You get a view of the amazing ocean as soon as you walk into the condo. I knew that it was ocean view, but was not expecting the amazing sight that was waiting for us. Every morning I woke up I was speechless because of the view. Its a bit further out from the old port/malecon, but this was one of the reasons I chose this spot. Its only a 10-15min drive to get to the old port, so it was not too big a deal. Then you just drive right back to a nice quiet getaway, or you can stay out and party until your ready to go back. As far as entertainment, you can rent everything from a horse to an ultralight flight. So don't think you won't get the full experience just because you are a few minutes away. Overall, an amazing place to stay at with your significant other or by yourself."

  • Great find!!

"We stayed at this charming property for my 40th birthday and were so pleased with the amenities, beach, and friendliness of owner we went back for a last minute trip. Cynthia made it so easy to make the last minute plans, and I was so appreciative of her up to date calender with the bookings. The home once again met all of our expectations: spotlessly clean, private, and the ocean 50 yards so close we could hear the waves crashing . The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating utensils and the covered patio was quite large, providing a lovely place to view the beach below while allowing us to BBQ. We especially appreciated that the property owner allowed us to bring our pet dogs. It was a blast taking them into the ocean to swim! Definitely, we'll be once again returning to this property in the future. Thank you Cynthia for the use of your home which allowed us to create many wonderful memories."

  • An unforgettable wedding with friends and family

"What a beautiful house, what a beautiful beach, and what beautiful memories we will cherish for ever. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. It is beautiful. We had over 25 quest staying in the villa and 20 other guests staying at other locations in Las Conchas. At no point did anyone ever feel crowded or overlapping. This can be hard to do with 40+ people of all different personalities and party levels. And let me tell you, we had some party animals. The pool was a nice option to have. It became a gathering spot that everyone loved. The villa is large enough that everyone was able to find areas to enjoy their time without feeling cramped. The owner and caretaker was wonderful. He just seemed to appear when needed but was never noticed otherwise. He was on top of any issue that occurred that required his attention. He was so accommodating and helpful through the whole process of planning our wedding. He recommend the wedding planner we used (Si I Do wedding planners) who were absolutely the most professional and dedicated wedding planners I have ever seen. Planning a destination wedding has its own set of issues and they made the process easy and our special day unforgettable. Everyone that came had the time of their lives and can't wait to come back. Some are making plans to rent the villa for events of their own. We got massages on the beach, we bought blankets and jewelry from the vendors that came by, we got pedicures on the beach, we went night tide pooling where we saw octopus, star fish, sting rays, lots of crabs, and all kinds of things that couldn't be identified. We saw dolphins, we rode jet skiis, we rode the banana boat, we rode horses on the beach. Whew. We still didn't get to do it all. We went to the fish market and made awesome food in the fabulous kitchens and the grills avaiable. We went to local restaurants that were delicious. We ate more tacos them most. And drank more tequila then should be legal. All in all it was the wedding of lifetime and we were able to spend 4 days in this beutiful spot with friends and family that in our regular lives we only get to see sparatically. This beach has been a special place for us that we return to frequently and now so will the Villa de Ensueno. If you are wanting a beautiful venue with every amenity you can think of and something for everyone this is the spot. We can't wait to come back."
