"We rented 5 places for our large group. The girls used this rental place and found it to accomodate their sleeping arrangements well. Since we didn't do any of the cooking in this house, we can't comment on that. Clean and rustic, with the ocean right out the front door! We felt safe in this secure neighborhood and would use the place again!"

"After spending 17 days here and re-reading all the positive reviews piling up, I can readily say it's all true, and there are just not enough superlatives.
We were three mature couples vacationing together for the first time. One of us has limited mobility with a recent total knee, but she is plucky and never once complained about all the stairs from the street to this unit. The effort was certainly worth it-- so much space for the group and so much privacy for each couple. Every need and comfort was thoughtfully provided. All six of us could work in the kitchen (equipped to the satisfaction of the home ecs and chefs in our group, and complete with condiments and spices) at once. All of us could comfortably "supervise" the cooks, or watch satellite TV. All of us could dine together in or on the patio, where the ocean view and sunsets were priceless. We enjoyed frequenting the Malecon, the shrimp ladies, the Mercado, and Plazuela Machado-- and all of us, even the two couples new to Mexico, felt very safe. For the couple accustomed to staying in a Golden Zone resort, the Centro Historico experience, even during noisy Carnaval, was far superior in feeling closer to the Mexican people even with so many Gringo ex-pats around.
Local management has changed, and we may have been the first guests for the new management team, which is still getting its sea-legs. We did find them immediately responsive to urgent needs, and we were especially grateful for maid service with fresh linens during our stay; it was excellent and came at a very low price.
For future winter visitors, we strongly recommend the Camerata Campell Sunday concerts in the Teatro Angela Peralta, and the first Friday Artwalk.
Yes, we would return to these fabulous digs, and hope to do so another winter."

"I recently moved to Arizona and was feeling really landlocked until a client informed me about Rocky Point. I've never stayed in another person's condo like this but so thankful I stumbled across this gem. The owners, Lee and Jonathan, were so nice and very informative. The condo was exactly what I was looking for and when I arrived it was exactly how it was portrayed....heaven! The view was great, the condo was well furnished and comfortable, and very clean. I couldn't have asked for a better time. The resort food was delicious and SO decently priced. The pools were refreshing and fun and the beach was literally just a hop, skip, and a bounce. Not a lot of vendors/locals bothering you and there was a lot to do for fun. The fish market in town was neat to see and local food delicious. Swam with seal lions and boated along a school of dolphins. In a nutshell...I will be coming back to Rocky Point and this condo. I recommend you do as well. Diamante 803 is the ideal condo"
