"I stayed in the house with my family for a week. We had a fantastic time. The house is pristine, the rooms are open and large, bathrooms are new, the living room is inviting and the pool facing the ocean is priceless. The maids were extremely helpful and easygoing and they prepared the best ceviche I've ever tried. You basically have the beach for yourself and amazing surfing spots nearby. I recommend this property whether you are looking for a relaxing week to disconnect or an active getaway."

"We were more than pleased with the unit,,beautifully landscaped grounds, and the welcome spotless pool for those hot days. The property is very secure with a wall that is covered with flowers and fauna.
If you want wine a little store on the way to Dans Restaurant has it at under $10.00
A short walk to the beach and to the main drag. There you will find shops and restaurants and many hotels. Location is excellent but you will need to take a taxi to load up with basics from the larger grocery store. With 3 units in the building it was nice to visit with others from different parts of the world. Highly recommended."

"This is a great apartment in a with an amazing view high above the city of Oaxaca. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with a huge patio - one section is covered, so you can enjoy breakfast or cocktails outside even when it's raining, and another section has a large table for outdoor dining. The rooms are large and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The apartment is a 15-minute downhill walk (OK, uphill on the way back) through a residential neighborhood to the beautiful Santo Domingo de Guzman church in the center of town. There are a number of small bodegas and food stands along the way. We can't say enough about Anthony's responsiveness and friendliness. He arranged for our cabs to the airport, as well as a daylong cab trip to surrounding market towns and Monte Alban. He was always ready to help when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again."

"The casita is a tasteful, comfortable space that served us very well. The open living room has an exquisite fireplace in the corner that, on the chill evenings, was a delight to dine beside and enjoy a quiet, romantic evening. The kitchen is "muy Mexicano", user friendly and fully equipped. A small but complete bathroom lies off the kitchen, filled with thoughtful touches of art and function. The bedroom (s) are comfortable and clean. We chose to occupy the "optional" extra bedroom with it's lovely view out over the valley and were able to hear owls at night and lovely song birds and doves during the day. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained and designed. The small community consists of 3 major dwellings along the ridge, with extensive views out over the valley. The swimming pool is shared and also of tasteful design. We were able to access the laundry room beside the casita, which was very useful indeed. Finally, we found the owner and managers to be friendly, supportive and highly responsive to any needs or cares that came up for us. Highly recommended."
