"We stayed at Casa Soleada for 6 days in June/July 2015. We spent a total of 11 days in Mexico. The first six days were at Casa Soleada and the rest were in Cancun at an all inclusive resort. Loved our days at the casa! Casa Soleada is a perfect base for exploring the Mayan ruins. We visited the Tulum ruins, the Coba ruins, the Muyil ruins, and several cenotes in the area. We had Edith cook several dinners for us. Loved the meals and the salsa and guacamole EVERY night! This casa is right on the beach. Not really a good swimming beach, but a GREAT snorkeling beach. Down 2 lots to the south, there is some amazing sea life only 100 feet off the beach, maybe 4 feet deep! Truly amazing! You can also kayak out to the reef if you like. We are a family of five (kids 18, 16, and 15). We brought along grandpa. He doesn't get in the water, but he spent HOURS sitting on the back deck area and just watched the waves! So relaxing. Kids loved the hammock chairs on the back porch too! If we ever head back to Mexico, Casa Soleada will be our first choice in places to stay. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!"

"We just recently returned from a most relaxing and magical stay in Soliman Bay. We have been coming to the Bay for many years. This was our second visit to Casakoolba and we have already reserved again for next year. Word is getting out about how great this beach house is and high season gets booked early. The pictures just don't do it justice! Most of the other reviews have told the story better than I. I love the Bay for snorkeling, kayaking, just floating around in the crystal turquoise water, and walking to the north and south "points". I love Casakoolba for the expansive porch which is really an additional living and dining area, the folding doors that open the house up to nature and the ocean breezes, the main bedroom with its tall palapa ceiling, the wood floors, the shaded front yard (chit and coco palms) with a palapa by the water with hammocks and lounge chairs... Casakoolba is located at the north end of the bay which tends to have warmer and calmer water. There is a sandy path through the turtle grass, and lots of coral heads to investigate within easy snorkeling distance.
Casakoolba is truly is the "House of Letting Go". The salty ocean breezes and the warm water are very soothing and cleansing. Massages by Lucia are very healing. The caretakers Manuel and Marta do an excellent job of caring for the property and guests comforts."

"Thank you so much for checking it was awesome, everything about it was perfect and I really liked the layout and the easy access using the stairs. The only thing better would have been if we were still there now. Everything was seamless and I look forward to hopefully renting again (soon!!). Thanks so much for all your help during the transaction, it was perfect!!!"

"Thank you Monica for sharing with us your access to Sun Palace Resort. I am glad we found you! The resort was heaven, specially the private patio in our Presidential Suite. Corner room with oceanview...so relaxing. My husband and I were so thrilled when we entered our suite. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi every sunset. The Romantic Dinner was so perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary. Actually, the entire stay in Sun Palace was a blessing.
Looking forward to work with you again and to try other Palace resorts."
