"I can now say that I know what it is like to vacation in paradise. From the location alone, with multiple balconies and rooms that overlook the ocean (which was just a few steps from the patio door), this villa had me speechless. I hate staying in hotels because they feel dirty, small, or haven't be redecorated in years. However, this was not the case at this villa. Every room was clean, updated, and felt like a home--not a hotel! The beach was beautiful and we even got to carry baby sea turtles to the water after they hatched! To say I was sad to go is an understatement. I will definitely vacation at this villa again."

Condo has exceptional security and covered parking. Large living area and bedrooms with very nice balcony overlooking ocean and beach. Two large pools (one with swim up bar). Highly recommend."

"I want to preface my review, that my husband and I own 2 vacation rentals on the Big Island of Hawaii and I own my own Vacation Rental business and handle over 40 more condo rentals so I am stating that so that the Review I am about to give for this condo comes with 14 years of experience..When we arrived And were on our way to the condo we noticed it was quite a distance to town but arrived at the condo safely. Natalia met us and helped us to the condo with our bags, etc and showed us around. The condo was clean and has that Mexican Flare to it but that is kind of where it ended for us. We asked Natalia for some restaurant suggestions nearby as we wanted to walk to them and not have to take a Taxi as we did not rent a car. Her comment was I don't really know because I don't eat out as she is allergic to Fish. Then she said, one of my guests said they ate at a restaurant nearby, but she couldn't remember the name but she thought the name had the word "green" in it. We felt She still should have had suggestions. So that evening we started walking to find a restaurant and passed by the beach next to the condo and it was dirty and noticed a lot of "Locals" hang out there and there always seemed to have Policia (Police) standing by. Anyway we could not find any restaurant with the word green in it, None I would eat at anyway. But we came to a much Nicer Looking Restaurant called "Madingas" so we had dinner there and loved it. We ate there 4 times during our stay. The food is great, Margarita's were great. Service was great even though they speak very little English and I will say more about that later in this Review.
Now back to the condo: ANTS: As time wore on during our 2 week stay the condo is inhabited by "No see um or Sugar ants". They bite and they are everywhere. All over the counters, the table and they are outside the condo too. We went through and checked things out, the pots and: We went through and checked things out, the pots and pans need to be replaced as the Teflon is coming off and we did not want to ingest Teflon so we bought A fry pan on our first trip to Walmart. The utensils like spatulas, etc need to be replaced. But we made do with those items. We realize it is a vacation rental but even though we are on vacation we expect quality cookware and utensils. They were odds and ends of those items, nothing matched. We supply our rentals with top of the line, not bottom of the line of those items. Most Taxis don't speak English."
