"We have stayed several times at Beachscape but this is the first time for us renting a condo. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay again. Beachscape is an intimate setting and has the best beach ever!"

"We were so happy when we walked through your place and out on to the balcony. We truly found paradise and wished that we could have stayed another week. Our experience in Playa Del Carmen was not so great. Our cute little boutique condo was 1/2 block from the clubs playing their music until 6AM. then every drunk walking down the street shouting to talk to each other (Ear and Brain damage) Anyway we will not go back to Playa DC, every 25 years is enough for me. Doris is my idea of all inclusive and was a dream and I hope that Darcy didn't drive her crazy with her Spanish lessons every morning. We had dinner downtown ($1 bus ride) at Ronaldi's(we were the only tourists there and it was packed with local families)and El Roncin Vino, Just get off by the Round a bout with the giant sea shells, all of the restaurants are near there. We did walk (10 min from villa) down the street to La Novia with the huts on the docks and was very yummy food and wine, the sunsets were incredible (Make reservations for tables on the docks). I already miss being lulled to sleep with the waves all night long, but it's back to reality. We are already planning our next trip to your place, possible with more people and rent the whole place. I have to start putting money away for my Villa 8 retirement plan. I am writing this review under protest as I do not want you to get booked up and save you for myself, I am selfish that way."

Awesome place to Stay, convient and quite, clean, secure place to stay
"We had a outstanding time on this property, the security guards where very helpful and friendly, even helped me change a flat tire on a rental care, lol. The property and staff at the pool was very friendly and provided outstanding service. The residents or visitors where friendly and we made some friends while we stayed for 7 days. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and letting us stay, it was just like being in our own home."

"Paul and Cheryl's place was more than we could ask for. This was our families first trip to Cancun and we'll definitely be back and look forward to staying at Paul's again!
We had no problem getting through customs and we used USA Transfers for shuttle to and from airport. The complex is located about a 35 minute ride from airport, North of the Hotel zone. Bego was there to meet us upon our arrival for a quick tour and information that was useful.
The room was perfect, beds great and showers were very relieving after a day in the hot sun. having the kitchen gives you plenty of options for food if you decide to cook in. You can get everything you need at the Superrama (Wal mart) about a 5 minute cab ride or you can pay USA Transfers $30 to stop on way in. There are luggage carts at elevator to help get groceries to room in less trips.
We used the ferry, located less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment to get to Isla Mujeres which is a MUST for anyone staying. the beach at Playa Norte was perfect. The island has so much to do, from snorkeling which was awesome, to restaurants and shops. Really cool shops down streets, you get great exposure to the culture.
Rent a golf cart while there (we used Gomar 1 which is right across street from the ferry on Isla), cost $550 Peso's (~35 USD) for full day rental. Driving around was a breeze as we explored the entire island. The drive along the East side of island, is beautiful from Punta Sur back to the North end.
For other transportation while in Puerto Juarez we used either cab or bus, both inexpensive and no issues.
the highlight of the place was the POOL! the pictures don't do it justice as it is HUGE! Zero entry! As a former baseball and football player, I thought for sure I could throw a ball from one end to the other. WRONG! In my playing days perhaps, but not North of 30!
The restaurant at the pool was great! Food was exceptional and very reasonably priced (ex: Shrimp quesadilla, which was good size, equated to about $8 USD) They have pool service, so you can eat at your chairs or go under the Palapas (like a Tiki Hut) to eat. Our server every day was a gentleman named Richard! He is incredible, and speaks English. he will take care of you while you there and give you tips while you're there for places to go and places to Avoid.
Again, this place is perfect and we can't wait to come back.
Thank you Paul and Cheryl for allowing us to stay!"
