  • Vacation in paradise

"We stayed in this condo for a week in June 2014. It is lovely with large spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The location is fabulous. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the bus stop to take you anywhere else is just outside the complex. The pool area, workout facility and beach are all at your footsteps with friendly security guards to help at any time. The owner went out of her way to be helpful as we planned our trip. We plan on returning next year."

  • Family Vacation

"We just got back from visiting Cancun and we loved staying at this condo. The amenities on the property are fantastic (walking paths, grills, playgrounds, beautiful pool, fitness center and an indoor kids playroom). The restaurant by the pool serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is very reasonably priced and has kid friendly options. We watched the bowl games and NFL playoffs on the flat screens while eating dinner on different nights. This condo is bit isolated though - we didn't find anything within walking distance, but that being said, it was a very short taxi or bus ride into the downtown area. And an easy bus ride up to the hotel zone. The ferry is very convenient for a day or two on isla mujeris and the beaches and restaurants there are amazing. A good thing to note is that a few of the restaurants in downtown do deliver (Rino's is a good italian option) so if you want a quiet night in, you aren't limited to cooking your own meal or eating at the poolside restaurant. We did stop at the grocery store on our way in - the shuttle will do this for you and charge you about $20-30. you can also take a cab from the condo - about $4/each way after you get settled in. The pool is beautiful and very safe for small kids, but the beach is only average. Lots of boats dock there and the water isn't the clear blue color that you see in the hotel zone and there is lots of debris in the water. But nice for walking. Overall, a nice location outside of the hotel zone."

  • Relaxing!

"When we landed in Cancun we had rented a car, that took almost 2 hours waiting for the car. I would suggest renting a taxi! The way they drive in Cancun is crazy, its like a free for all. We found the Villa, it was beautiful and so private and peacefull. Eduardo showed us the house and outside, he told us about several places to go. We went to the island one day the kids went snorkeling, held a shark, seen the historical side of the island. The water is beautiful. One day my husband and son went deep sea fishing. The Villa has everything you will need, privacy and relaxing! Brizia is a sweetheart, I could have taken her home! Thank Eduardo!"
