  • Amazing experience!

"We thought this place seemed too good to be true when we saw the price. It is for real though! I have been to the Cancun area several times and this was by far my favorite visit. The area is central to everything, but so quiet and laid back. In March we didn't see any drunk college kids, which is pretty unusual in the Cancun area! The condo itself is really nice, and the people there are very friendly. Natalia was so patient and helpful with all our questions. If you like the glamorous resort experience, this may not be your thing, but if you want an authentic experience in a wonderful neighborhood, this may be it. Great beach view, and the pools were very clean and nice. The grounds are immaculate and the workers there are helpful if you need anything from them. Great ventilation system in the condo meant we could leave the windows open and only used the AC one night. We loved walking down to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres (gorgeous beaches there) and then stopping at one of the local restaurants to pick up dinner on the way home. The people in these restaurants are so friendly and pleasant. They look a little divey but be adventurous - their food is great and the prices cannot be beat. We definitely plan to return to this place as it was an incredible value and a really wonderful experience!"

"Restaurant on site wonderful. Friendly staff, awesome fire pizza oven. Grounds clean at all times. No maid service so b prepared to wash your own sheets and bath towels If staying long. No television, forced kids to talk and hang with Mom n dad so it worked out . Room was clean, view on balcony beautiful. Quite, peaceful , laid back place. Stayed 7 days and already planning trip back. Great vacation, just a cheap bus trip to downtown. Malls and markets and eating. Just really a great place for family vacation."

  • Grand Mayan Family Getaway

"We just returned from our Grand Mayan trip. Ed was great with helping us with all of the details for a fantastic vacation. Everything about our trip was enjoyable from the time we checked in to the time we left. The rooms and property we very nice and the staff was top notch. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and there was not ONE time that the Grand Mayan staff did not solve any issue or answer question that we had. Again, thank you Ed for helping our family enjoy a most memorable vacation at a magnificent resort."

  • Great vacation home

"The house was perfect for our family vacation during Easter. Before we got there Michael made sure that all of our needs were met and also made sure he had our travel info for the airport pick up and drop off were there on time. It was a nice bonus not to worry about that, and to a whole van for our family. The bedrooms are large, and having personal AC in all the rooms were a bonus. This house is great for a large group, as it could sleep as many as 14 people. Scott was very helpful, he took us to the grocery store to stock up the 1st day and let us use his GPS for the days were we driving to Tulum (We rented a jeep from America Car rental for USD $75 a day and it included all insurance). If you want to explore, I would suggest Playa Delfines in Cancun, Tulum, cenotes in Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres. When we were there, they put in a new grill. My favorite part of the house was def the rooftop. I miss having our morning breakfast up there and our nightly get together hanging out on the hammocks. With all the stairs, I def got a much needed workout. My daughter(4 years old) loved the pool because there is a shallow section for her to stand in and play. The kitchen is large and provided us everything that we need to prepare breakfast and our lunches. For the one lazy day that we had at the house, we played games at the game table, watched DVDs that they had(has a variety of 50 or so DVDs), went to the pool, bbqed and enjoyed the breeze on the rooftop. The neighborhood is safe and gated. If you go by the gate entrance in the morning they feed the coatis bread and about 50 or more come out. One would def benefit from renting a car if you have kids or a large group. Use caution with young kids, because the rooftop has gaps and there are a lot of stairs. My daughter loved running around the rooftop and being on the hammocks, but we had to be on watch. I loved Isla Mujeres, and the ferry is so close and it only takes a 20 boat ride to get there."
