  • Wonderful Week Away!

"Casa Perla Del Mar was fantastic from the time we arrived until the time we left. We had 8 friends staying in this house and we couldn't get enough. Sunshine, great pool, clean house, we even had the energy to workout in the backyard! Having lots of bathrooms and showers was also easy for getting ready and hitting the beach. Italy's cooking was also amazing as we spent three nights dining at home. Highly recommended! Try anything, guaranteed it'll be delicious. We were able to venture out to a few cenotes, the ruins and would suggest going into town to see the beach and take in the atmosphere. Top notch place, go for it!"

  • BEAUTIFUL INTIMATE SANCTUARY !!

"If you are considering a beachfront rental home in Tulum, look no further than Casa dos Besos. This beautiful, peaceful, intimate home is located on what I believe the be the best section of the beach, with the cleanest and clearest blue waters which during low tide become a tranquil sandbar. Once inside the home, you enter a private garden/ beach front sanctuary with tasteful decor. To add to that, the amenities and service are top notch! The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook with enough servings for 10 people! Each and every bedroom feels like a master room large enough for 2 with very comfortable beds and delicious linens. The location is excellent, a short walk to the best of everything in Tulum! We cannot wait to return to CDB!!"

  • Five star vacation

"My wife and I just came back from 11 days at Pueblito Escondido. I should start by saying that the condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well equipped, though we did not attempt to do any cooking because there are so many terrific restaurants within easy walking distance. The condo overlooks the lower swimming pool. The public beach is just a short distance away but we preferred the beach at “Las Palapas” which is just on the other side of “Mahekal”. Las Palapas charges 300 pesos for a day pass while Mahekal charges 500. But in both cases 200 of that goes towards food and beverages so the actual beach charge is only 100 pesos. For the 100 pesos you get a comfortable lounge chair in a shaded area. Should you elect to go with a day pass I was told you should purchase it before 9:00 or 10:00. The condo does come with beach equipment but we preferred just renting a spot rather than taking chairs to the beach. For the security minded, there is a staff at the front desk that is there to provide check in/check out service and will hold your luggage should you arrive prior to the condo being ready or after you check out. The staff is very friendly and was always willing to answer any questions that we had. The condo has a very solid door with a passcard type of lock and even has a safe similar to those found on cruise ships. The pool on the roof was very nice, providing a good view and lounge chairs to lie in the sun. While the lower pool was open to everyone, the pool on the roof was only open to those 18 and over. There is a small store next to the Pueblito Escondido which sells the basic essentials like water, coffee, beer, snacks, etc. On the other side of the condo is restaurant/bar which was very good and we made use of it several times, though our favorite places to eat were at the various restaurants on 5th Ave. There is a cab stand right across the street and the cabs seem to be there in the morning but they leave towards evening. This is not a problem since there are plenty on 5th Avenue and it is only a five minute walk. Previous comments mentioned construction which must have been completed because the only construction we saw was a new condo being built down the street. One final observation. Before our trip to Playa del Carmen we watched the weather and noticed that a chance of rain was predicted on what seemed like most days. However, in reality we only experienced one short rain, during the night."

  • Sweeter than Sugar

"My wife, three kids and I stayed at Casa Azucar in July 2014. The house was perfect. We had the beach to ourselves for all four days! This beach was gorgeous. We snorkled, shell hunted and relaxed in the cooling breezes of the Caribbean. Marcia was a great help. She drew a map of town indicating where we could find all of our provisions for some excellent meals. We took an hour drive to Chaccobean to visit this ancient site. We were the only ones there for over two hours, truly magical. I would reccomend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I just wish I was still there."
