  • Relaxing!

"When we landed in Cancun we had rented a car, that took almost 2 hours waiting for the car. I would suggest renting a taxi! The way they drive in Cancun is crazy, its like a free for all. We found the Villa, it was beautiful and so private and peacefull. Eduardo showed us the house and outside, he told us about several places to go. We went to the island one day the kids went snorkeling, held a shark, seen the historical side of the island. The water is beautiful. One day my husband and son went deep sea fishing. The Villa has everything you will need, privacy and relaxing! Brizia is a sweetheart, I could have taken her home! Thank Eduardo!"

  • Great vacation home

"The house was perfect for our family vacation during Easter. Before we got there Michael made sure that all of our needs were met and also made sure he had our travel info for the airport pick up and drop off were there on time. It was a nice bonus not to worry about that, and to a whole van for our family. The bedrooms are large, and having personal AC in all the rooms were a bonus. This house is great for a large group, as it could sleep as many as 14 people. Scott was very helpful, he took us to the grocery store to stock up the 1st day and let us use his GPS for the days were we driving to Tulum (We rented a jeep from America Car rental for USD $75 a day and it included all insurance). If you want to explore, I would suggest Playa Delfines in Cancun, Tulum, cenotes in Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres. When we were there, they put in a new grill. My favorite part of the house was def the rooftop. I miss having our morning breakfast up there and our nightly get together hanging out on the hammocks. With all the stairs, I def got a much needed workout. My daughter(4 years old) loved the pool because there is a shallow section for her to stand in and play. The kitchen is large and provided us everything that we need to prepare breakfast and our lunches. For the one lazy day that we had at the house, we played games at the game table, watched DVDs that they had(has a variety of 50 or so DVDs), went to the pool, bbqed and enjoyed the breeze on the rooftop. The neighborhood is safe and gated. If you go by the gate entrance in the morning they feed the coatis bread and about 50 or more come out. One would def benefit from renting a car if you have kids or a large group. Use caution with young kids, because the rooftop has gaps and there are a lot of stairs. My daughter loved running around the rooftop and being on the hammocks, but we had to be on watch. I loved Isla Mujeres, and the ferry is so close and it only takes a 20 boat ride to get there."

  • Perfect condo and hosts for a perfect vacation!!

"Wow, this was absolutely perfect for my wife, 3 teenage kiddos, and I. Wish i had the energy/time right now (nearly on the way out from work) to list all the reasons we enjoyed our 1-week stay in this condo but i'll try to hit the main ones. Important things on my list of needs in a beach vacation condo are a great beach view, on a higher floor, quiet, good A/C, well equipped kitchen, spacious, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, reasonable price, and good managers and/or owners in case something comes up or need info. This condo left a big check mark next to all of the above and then some! Incredible beach view from the balcony and lagoon view from the roof top terrace, is on the top floor far above any noise from below, great fast acting A/C, no extraneous noise to speak of, perfect kitchen to cook just about anything, plenty of room, comfy king size and twin sofa, perfect bathroom, very reasonably priced (i'm not one to like to dump $ like i would have had i stayed in many other places i saw in Cancun), and i just couldn't ask for better managers than Carolyn and Alejandro. One small example is the 2nd day we were there I told Alejandro the only complaint i had was the shower head in the 2nd adjoining room shower and within 30 minutes it was replaced! Their office employees Patricia and Luis are fantastic too! Any info or help you may need from them... consider it done. This condo/hotel is in a nice quiet location in the hotel zone (southern third) with a fantastic large white sand beach and nice clear blue water. Good sized waves if you want to go out a ways where they're breaking (my son and youngest daugher are daredevils and like that) or smaller ones if you stay near the water's edge (for my kinda timid wife and oldest daughter). Wish i had more time to write more but believe me, you can't go wrong with this condo and it's friendly, helpful managers."

  • Perfect location! Stop wasting your time searching!

"I could go on and on about how great this place is but I will try to make this short and sweet. First off this property is located right in the center of everything but is in a secure and quiet complex so you when you are done with whatever you were doing that day you can come back to piece and quiet. One of my favorite things to do after a hard day "out on the town" is coming back to the condo and taking a nap on the patio and listening to the waves crash. Or just lay in bed with the door open. Its that safe where you can sleep with the door open and you wont have to worry. I wish you knew what I knew right now. You would stop your search and book this right now! We have been to Cancun 3 times now and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The last two times we did all inclusive. I will never do that again. No reason to when you can walk right across the street and buy your groceries from a brand new state of the art grocery store that has everything you need. Also, don't even think about renting a car. There is absolutely no need! Everything you need is in walking distance. Also, if you want to book an excursion just go outside, take a left, walk down the hill/driveway and go to the building on the first corner on your left. You will see it right away. They do a good job and they don't try to pressure you in to anything. Make sure to do Xel-Ha! So much fun! Also, make sure to take the ferry (which is right next door) to Isla Mujeres and rent a golf cart to tour the island in. The ferry is like 20 bucks per person for round trip. Wait... one more thing. Make sure to try out Calypso's. Cheap food, good service, and strong drinks! Its, just like everything else, in walking distance. Probably 4 blocks. I will continue to rent this property as long as its available. Stop thinking about it, just book it, you will not be disappointed!"
