I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The location and set up was fantastic and the condo was pretty. There were basics in the kitchen (pots/pans/dishware etc.) Linens were fine. Internet did not work most of the stay which was difficult since we planned on this for our business. It would connect then disconnect constantly. The master bed was ok but the second one was very uncomfortable. Also there was nothing basic in the kitchen like oil, pan spray, salt/pepper etc so make sure to get it all."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Villa was spacious for group of 11. Housekeepers did a good job cleaning. Alex the chef made the week most special, food delicious, even made alterations for our picky eater. Loved location on water and access to beach. Needed improvements: The master bedroom bed had extra padding which needs to be added to all the hard beds. Refrigerator should be replaced, barely chilled drinks. A second frig. should be added for a villa that holds this many guests, or smaller ones in each unit. Villa has peeling/worn off paint on entry doors, worn out, faded upholstery, missing art work, at least remove nails and patch holes. Exterior stucco is molded and needs power washing . Landscaping is so overgrown that only pockets of view can be seen, totally unlike the web pictures.
Directions need to be revised, the driveway is right after the scuba diver statue next door. The wall is white stucco, not brick and the landscaping has grown covering the Villa sign. We were lost for a good while in the dark. In spite of it all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would return with other guests if maintenance issues were tended to. It's the kind of place you would return to year after year. Also, Annette in customer service was most helpful. I would advise questioning the management before passing this one by. It was a stunning Villa at the time of the web pictures and could be again with a little TLC."

"We had a group of eleven people who stayed at Villa Miranda the first week of June. We all loved it! Wonderful house, comfortable rooms, pool in your living area - just perfect. Our hosts, Jerry and Leona were very nice and helpful. They stopped by daily for pool maintenance and mid week to wash towels. We like it this way as we are pretty self-sufficient.
As the "tour guide" my husband and I stayed in the penthouse suite. It was wonderful. Very comfortable bed and pillows!!! Bedroom was very big and we also had a living area and kitchen which we did not air condition - although we could have. We just left the windows and doors open to our private veranda. Only downfalls to this room were the lack of a bathroom door and the three flights of stairs to get up there. After a couple days the stairs were no big deal. The bathroom closed with a shower curtain. It was fine, but would have been nice to have a door.
I think everyone else was satisfied with their rooms. Some complained the a/c didn't cool very well and others had hard or lumpy beds. Nothing really that bad though.
Loved the pool open to the living area and it was not too hot at night although later in the summer it might be. Some mornings it got a little hot while making breakfast or waiting for everyone to be ready to go.
A big plus was a little breakfast and lunch place less than a block away. Cocina de Silvia was perfect for breakfast. Very good food and cheap. 50 pesos for breakfast of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, a bowl of fruit and an entree of your choice. All was very fresh and good, and they were so very nice. We also are one lunch there which was also delicious and cheap. Don't miss this if you stay here. We decided we couldn't cook for much less than that price so why bother.
I highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying there again whenever we come with a bigger group to Cozumel!"

"Our favorite condo at this complex! We've stayed 5 times at this complex and 3 have been in Marla and Cliff's place. The condo has such a great relaxing decor and we simply feel at home there. This last stay of 5 nights included 2 couples and 1 of our adult sons. We were comfortable, had plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed. Patti, the office manager, is fantastic as well. If you have a need, such as using the grill or another jug of water, or questions about just about anything Cozumel, she has or will find the answer. We will be back as soon as possible!"
