  • great condo in fantastic location

"Wonderful spacious condo overlooking the marina from the terrace and just yards from the beautiful pool overlooking the beach. It is really close to the community's shops and restaurants making easy it access facilities if you don't drive. It is ideal for couples and younger families but we went off peak and it was a little quiet in the evening for our teenage sons but perfect for us. Condo is really well equipped but girlies don't forget to take your hairdryer if you need one."

  • Perfect for a large family all under one roof

"Our family rented the Bahia Azul home for 11 days in March ’14 and we were very satisfied with the experience. It exceeded our expectations. It was important that our family of nine could all stay under one roof, have space, privacy and serve congregate meals. It is very difficult to find large rental accommodations in Cancun that would meet these criteria. When available they were far beyond our budget. We also wanted a location that would not isolate us from the Mexican community. Get out of the hotel zone and one can see the economic challenges Mexico and Cancun face. We wanted our children to experience this. The home’s location provided this while at the same time, security The home is in a middle class diverse gated community of Mexican, Americans and Canadians. The five-bedrooms/five baths are located on three floors. The fourth floor is the very charming rooftop patio with a commanding view of the Cancun skyline and an ocean view at a greater distance. We did not rent a car and were very glad we did not. The home is located an easy 18 minute walk to the ferry service to Isla Mujeres. This was our choice for an exquisite beach experience and went there on three separate days. My wife and I took an $8 peso ($.60 US) city bus ride to the hotel zone for a beach day and was perhaps the quicker and less hassle decision over driving and parking a car. On the two occasions we went grocery shopping a bus ride got us to the Super Mercado and a cab ride transported us and multi bags of groceries back home. If renters aren’t interested in cooking their own meals the choices of walk able restaurants is limited and a car would be necessary. The car rental process in Mexico is frustrating and expensive. Cabs, tour buses and walking served all our needs well. We scheduled three adventure tours during our stay and the tour companies picked us up at the Sea Adventure Hotel two miles away. A $3 (US) cab ride brought us to the hotel. On the return trip the tour buses dropped us off three blocks from the Bahia Azul gate. Scott, the resident caretaker was most accommodating, detail oriented and helpful. Our family had for different arrival times and he arranged airport transport for all of us. All the communication between the owner, Michael, and Scott was timely, detailed and helpful. Trina, an American owner of Cancun Drive, provided excellent and reasonably priced airport shuttle service. The home has Wi-Fi service allowing for email."

  • Amazing!

"Isla was on our "bucket list" for several years and Casa La Bella made our dream come true! We were a group of 8 which included family and friends aged 25-87 and celebrated two birthdays during our stay. The large kitchen was very well equipped with all appliances & amenities you could ask for. The three bedrooms upstairs were very spacious with lots of storage, comfy beds and amazing views of Cancun. The bedroom downstairs was a regular bedroom and smaller in size compared to the other rooms however plenty of room with the queen size bed. The pool - the pictures say it all! From having your morning coffee to watching the sunset on the large open patio, with the infinity pool running into the ocean, it almost seemed surreal. We rented two golf carts for the duration of our stay which allowed us to explore, shop for groceries or try out some of the local restaurants including Limon, Soggy Peso, Oscars, just to name a few. Casa La Bella was the perfect size as it offered enough space for your individual privacy yet at the same time allowed you to feel connected whether it be on the spacious pool deck, cooking on the Bar B Que to relaxing in the hammock. We all would recommend Casa La Bella to anyone who wants an amazing property."

  • Exceptional! Extravagant! Beautiful and Relaxing!!!

"The week of February 7-14, 2014, I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house. The property is nestled right back on the beach, and welcomes you with a friendly on-site staff that instantly feels like an old family friend helping you out. The home is gorgeous and comfortable. The food is amazing. AND...there were onsite bikes and plenty of help to direct me to close by sights, dinner, and night life. The owner, Melissa, was over and beyond accommodating and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the area and her love for her property and Tulum are evident in everything. I look forward to returning next year, and highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone!!!"
