"Well equipped, clean condo. Staff is amazing and helpful. Pool area was maintained wonderfully. We walked the beach both directions and found our beach area was the best there was! No vendors, no piles of seaweed, no smells! Close to the action of 5th avenue, grocery store and lots of great little side street restaurants. Safe. We walked everywhere night and day and were never concerned. I would rent this spot again in a second. You will love it. Ate at Fruita Madre (vegan options) Lafamiglia for great Italian ($$).Authentic cheap meal on 30th and about 8th - right near Walmart (it has yellow awnings) - AMAZING food - no english menu- go there for sure - can't remember the name, sorry!!! We took the 35 peso local bus - the Collectivo (very safe) to Akumal and visited La Buena Vida (beach bar literally) and Las 3 Acapulquenas ($)Not fancy, basically a family that cooks for you (they do speak english). Was our best meal!! The Condo was in the perfect spot for crazy tourism busy but also for walking outside of that for more culture. You will love this place. It is super close to the ferry port that you can take to cozumel for the day too! Just don't rent cars from Cuarto y Quinto Poder!! And don't get gas yourself if you do rent- trust me. We also loved swimming in the cenote's and visiting Tulum! You will not be sorry renting this amazing condo!!!"

"Well, you do deserve a 5 stars! I travelled a lot and I am a difficult person to get by... Love to have some for my money... But it was perfect! I had problem with the internet and they took care of it. They make sure you are satisfied!!! It's true, you are at a 5 minutes walking to a very quiet beach. Much more quiet that Playa del Carmen because you are in a gated community!!! In the morning, you can swin in a olympic size swimming pool then go walking on the beach after a good breakfast done in that nice kitchen. Get some roasted chicken in town (10 min) and have lunch... relaxe by the pool in the afternoon and you can get to a good restaurant in the evening and come back on foot with no problem! Damn, is that place for sale??? :o)... I when with my Standard Poodle and she like it a lot also but trust me, she stayed inside... too hot outside... Seriously, I do recommend it! Rent it and have fun!!! L."

"My party of 4 spent a week at this lovely condo and can't say enough good things about it! It is located in a quiet gated community within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach, the ferry to Cozumel, and 5th Avenue. We did not rent a car and did not need one as there were plenty of restaurants in walking range. If you do wish to venture further out, cabs are plentiful. The condo is equipped with almost everything you need other than your own clothing and personal items. The pool is beautiful and we had it to ourselves most of the time (except when we were joined by a coatimundi!). The owner has left a notebook in the condo with extensive and valuable information about the local area, including restaurant recommendations, transportation tips, etc. If you're looking for some peace and quiet and aren't afraid of a little walking to reach the main tourist area, this is a great place to stay!"

"Words are hard to describe the serenity, peace and relaxation you feel at Casa Milagro. From the beauty outdoors around the pool, to the fragrance the plants emit in the evening is sublime. The rooftop at sunrise & sunset listening to the birds sing of the beauty around is superb. We were greeted by many animals while outside in the evening also, from a family of racoons, a number of cats(the owner leaves food & we bought more), a few agouti and many birds.
Now onto inside the house, as the other guests have mentioned, no thing is left unattended. The maids, gardener/pool man take care of everything. Have Chef Lynn Marie cook you a fabulous meal, I enjoyed mine on my birthday. Paty picked up some starter items so we'd have breakfast items on hand and there were some cold beers in the fridge to enjoy our first dip in the pool with. Comfort is top notch to allow yourself to ease into vacation mode. Kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Layout of home for privacy is exceptional, as well as, the decor, lighting, and attention to details...bikes, sun chairs, snorkel gear, etc.
We enjoyed the nearby Mayan ruins, it was always cool, comfortable and splendid there with a noble sense and majestic feel, lofty, awe-inspiring. Walking was good for us and we are happy that Casa Milagro is close to everything, yet set back from the hustle and bustle on a not through street on a quiet cul de sac.
All we would like to add is that the owner provide an instruction book for the many items around the house so others may not have to contact Paty as much as we did. :)"
