  • Casa morales / white partridge villa

"We travelled as a group of 7 extended family members ranging from 16 to mid fifties and found Casa morales To be an amazing jump off point for all kinds of activities. We all felt as though we had our own spaces as well as wonderful common areas within the house. The roof top is amazing!!! We mostly cooked meals but there are some great restaurants within a 15 min walk. The bicycles were worth the extra $10 .....everywhere is walkable or within easy cycling distance. The beach is a stones throw away and the house keeper is wonderful. We all had a fabulous time."

  • Wonderful Introduction to Mexico

"Doug and Susan John and I would thank you both for our wonderful one month stay at your condo! We had never been to Mexico before and had concerns but they were quickly wiped away upon our arrival. Used U.S.A. Transfers to and from Airport and they were great. Friendly drivers and on time. The condo itself was perfect and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores. Deanni greeted us when we arrived, and showed us the ropes. There was a nice bottle of red waiting for us - thank you for that. When we needed supplies/food, walking to Mega or Walmart was enjoyable. Nice to take side streets and check out the local architecture. We met lots of lovely people both at the building and while we were out and about.Elizabeth and Lucien in 210 live very close to us here in Kanata believe it or not. Small world. Wilbur, the gardener is wonderful beyond belief. Hard working, pleasant, helpful. We exchanged email addresses - he wants to see pictures of snow! Kayla really did a great job of house keeping. There was a minor problem with the air conditioner and Joel fixed it straight away. Before we left, I was really worried about safety issues. We never once felt anything but relaxed, comfortable, and safe. I'm sure you have been told many times about the great places to eat but here's what stood out for us. For breakfast La Cueva del Chango or La Ceiba by DAC on 30th near Constituyentes are good choices. At lunch John enjoyed picking out the fish he wanted to be cooked at El Pirata on Calle 40 between Av 5 and 10.Can't get much fresher than that! El Fogon was great for inexpensive authentic Mexican fare. Great cold beer. We fell upon Aldea Corazon on 5th Av between 14y and 14B one day and were pleasantly surprised by a little oasis of wonderful hidden gardens. Very beautiful. Food was delicious. When we wanted a change from Mexican food we went to La Casa Del Agua. We had dinner there one evening and loved it. I had the lamb and John the short ribs. Both fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and a lovely evening out. We did try other places but too many to mention here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay."

  • Wonderful.

"We stayed at Casa Alcazar for a week in February 2015 to celebrate my father's 75th birthday and my stepdaughter's 25th birthday. We ranged in age from 11 to 75, and the home was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. We loved the communal spaces! The outdoor patio and garden, the dining room and kitchen, the open air lounge between the upstairs rooms, and to the bird's nest balcony were such wonderful gathering spots for all of us. The uppermost balcony is probably not suited for very young children or elderly, but was fine for our group. The pool is only a few steps away, the tennis courts and beach only about a 5 minute walk. The beach is quieter than the surrounding resorts areas and we did not feel a need to use the adjacent resort at all. The owner was beyond gracious in managing a scheduling challenge prior to our arrival and went above and beyond to help us. Ulla was a perfect host, and not only helped make our stay more comfortable but helped us pick perfect experiences for our family. A highlight was a gourmet meal prepared out the house by Chef Paco that featured regional cuisine and made for a perfect celebratory dinner. We had no trouble during our stay but the couple of times we needed to reach Ulla she was immediately responsive. We would highly recommend and so grateful that we enjoyed such a memorable family experience!"

  • Lovely vacation!

"We loved every minute in this house and recommends it very much. Perfect for us, a family with 3 teenagers. Nice to have some space of our own, compared to small hotelrooms. Relaxing and a clean place. Pool outside the front door was a +++. Beach is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Very close to golf, Playa del Carmen village (with many restaurants and pubs) and the ferry to Conzumel. All within walking distance 5-10 minutes. Taxis easy to find. The house have a kitchen which is very well equipped, a barbeque grill, washing machine, a mobile for use, wifi, tv. The owners are very nice and our communication fast. Everything satisfying for us! Thank you for letting it out! We will return!"
