"My wife and I stayed here for a week and we can't say enough great things about the condo or the owners. The best thing was sitting on the shaded patio, just stones throw from the beach. The view from the patio is, for us, heavenly. Having a full kitchen with everything you need to make all of your meals and a great blender to make frozen cocktails was great. The pool area was nice and was not usually a problem to find a sunlounger. The beds and loungers on the beach are a great touch. The property is well kept with work going on to keep it clean all the time. The one downside was not having an ATM on site, but it is a relatively quick walk to town, so not that big of a deal. The owners were great people, and we can't wait to rent from them again next year. Love, Love, Love Playa Del Carmen and this condo is a great way to visit."

"This location is great, easy walk to 5th Avenue. Good sandy beach and lounge chairs/ umbrellas on the beach. The swim up bar is handy and you can get, hamburgers/hot dogs there as well. Pool bathrooms are there for your use.
The room had a great bathroom and powerful shower
They had a very sharp cutting knife as we had whole pineapple to cut.
The bed, well it was not good, it really needs to be replaced along with the one piece in the living room, no springs left.
When we arrived we ordered groceries to be put into the condo. The groceries where there, awesome, but the fridge didn't get cold for a good day and 1/2 so the yogurt I bought I didn't eat as I was unsure how long it was sitting in room temperature fridge.
The condo was very clean.
Great balcony and view from the 2nd floor
There where lots of towels and beach towels to use and the maid service was every other day."

"Peregrinas is a well appointed condominium that sleeps six comfortably. The bedrooms (2 on the main floor, the 3rd, one floor up with solarium) all had ensuite bathrooms, balconies, and a lockable safe. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparations. The pool was cool and refreshing after a hot day spent shopping. It is close to 5th Avenue and a short distance to the beach. A car is not needed as the Mega Mart is only two blocks away and taxis are available for only a few dollars. The internet pictures and description are accurate and the owner was easy to work with."

"This condo is everything Sam says it is, and more. It is very well kept and housekeeping came 4 times in the two weeks we spent there. The location is great! Its about a 30 second walk to the beach, a minute walk to the ferry entrance to Cozumel, two minute walk to 5th Avenue, and about a 20 minute walk to Mega (a store similar to Walmart). All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. At night you can hear the bass from Senor Frogs clearly on the balcony, minimally in the living area, and it's nice and quiet in the bedroom. None of this was a problem as we enjoyed the free music while sipping a beer on the balcony. The living room had a purified water dispenser which saved us quite a bit of money as we refilled our water bottles from here throughout our trip. The only problem we encountered was during the final 4 days of our stay they were remodeling the condo next to ours. They were literally chiseling the stucco off of the wall we shared with the condo next door. I did not take this into consideration while rating this review because it was an isolated incident and remodeling is a fact of life and necessary to keep these facilities worth coming back to. I did email the staff and they were unable to do anything about it because they do not manage that condo but they did say that they emailed general management about my concern. The other item that was a little misleading was that it states in the description that they is a fold out futon in the living room for children. There was not a futon but a blow up air mattress was in the bedroom closet. This did not affect us in anyway because we did not bring our kids on this trip but it will be considered in future trips to Playa with our kids. I'm only mentioning it in this review in hopes they see and correct their description to avoid any future incidents. All in all, you can't beat this very nice condo's location and price. We'll definitely be back!"
