  • Lovely condo in handy location

"This is a lovely 2 bedroom condo with great amenities. A couple of things to know - if you like hot water for a shower and want to sleep with the A/C on please count on $160US a week for electricity charges. Use the provided water for drinking by filling up smaller water bottles to take along - the cost is only 40 pesos per large jug and Jorge the security man will buy them for you and truck them upstairs if needed. The pool is fantastic. I personally could have used more bathroom towels, but there is a lavandaria just a half block away."

  • Comfortable home on perfect beach

"We have rented this lovely house during the past three winters. It has all the comforts of home and more. The location is excellent with a soft white sand beach right out the front door. The pier and 5th are within walking distance. This is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Tulum, cenotes and other area attractions are a short drive away."

  • A Dream Rental in Playa!!!

"Where do I begin?! Mark and Laurie have such a wonderful home and we felt immediately like it was our own. The Moskito property management team are consummate professionals and were on-hand for questions, suggestions, etc. throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect; close walk to a public beach with a pretty private feel which was really nice. Similarly close walk to 5th Avenue with an endless array of shops, restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options. The information binder that Laurie created and left in the condo for our reference was so painstakingly maintained that we really were never at a loss for suggestions on things to do, places to see, etc. We can't wait to come back and continue exploring all of the stuff we didn't get to during our short 1-week stay! I have already recommended the Rosa Blanca condo to a few friends planning their own vacations and after looking at our pictures and the cozy (yet spacious) accommodations, they are very excited to book their own trips! One suggestion: definitely try and venture off of 5th Avenue; we found so much delicious food on 10th Avenue and also were pleasantly surprised at how much cheaper gifts are "off the strip". Check out Manne's Biergarten on Calle 4 Norte between 10th and 15th Avenues; nice little back patio area to enjoy drinks! Laurie was so pleasant to work with (as was Laura with Moskito), that it really took ALL of the stress out of vacation planning. We cannot wait to return to Playa and look forward to enjoying the condo again! Also, we made a trip to Tulum for a couple of days while friends stayed behind in the condo and got engaged! So, the Rosa Blanca condo will always have a special place in our hearts and memories. Thanks again, Laurie and Mark!"

  • Serendipity

"Words are hard to describe the serenity, peace and relaxation you feel at Casa Milagro. From the beauty outdoors around the pool, to the fragrance the plants emit in the evening is sublime. The rooftop at sunrise & sunset listening to the birds sing of the beauty around is superb. We were greeted by many animals while outside in the evening also, from a family of racoons, a number of cats(the owner leaves food & we bought more), a few agouti and many birds. Now onto inside the house, as the other guests have mentioned, no thing is left unattended. The maids, gardener/pool man take care of everything. Have Chef Lynn Marie cook you a fabulous meal, I enjoyed mine on my birthday. Paty picked up some starter items so we'd have breakfast items on hand and there were some cold beers in the fridge to enjoy our first dip in the pool with. Comfort is top notch to allow yourself to ease into vacation mode. Kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Layout of home for privacy is exceptional, as well as, the decor, lighting, and attention to details...bikes, sun chairs, snorkel gear, etc. We enjoyed the nearby Mayan ruins, it was always cool, comfortable and splendid there with a noble sense and majestic feel, lofty, awe-inspiring. Walking was good for us and we are happy that Casa Milagro is close to everything, yet set back from the hustle and bustle on a not through street on a quiet cul de sac. All we would like to add is that the owner provide an instruction book for the many items around the house so others may not have to contact Paty as much as we did. :)"
