"We were 4 couples with 4 children and had a great time. The home was in a gated community so we felt very safe. The beach was private and great for our kids. Us adults sat under our own private palapa while the kids played on the beach. The beach was sandy with no rocks. This was one of our concerns when we were looking for a place to stay. The home was great and had everything we needed including 2 kitchens which was a real plus when we had the cook over making us diner. The pool was large and private. We had a blast and have already booked for next year. I have already recommended the home to my friends!"

"We have rented this lovely house during the past three winters. It has all the comforts of home and more. The location is excellent with a soft white sand beach right out the front door. The pier and 5th are within walking distance. This is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Tulum, cenotes and other area attractions are a short drive away."

"Alan was very helpful and able to meet our needs when we required. Alan's brother that maintained the pool, was specially helpful and friendly.
Access to the beach from the property, access to Fifth Avenue. The property manager prompty took care of any concern we had with the property."

"We had 8 people with us for the 4 bedrooms which was perfect. The condo community was very nice, there were a few beach chairs that you could use during the day if you got there early enough but the real bonus was the fantastic pool. The pool was almost always empty (as was the entire condo community it seemed, I imagine they aren't fully sold yet) and absolutely gorgeous. The only downside was that you really need to have a car to get downtown to the various restaurants etc. unless you want to just stay at the condo/beach and use the kitchen the whole time. You can get a taxi by going to the main desk at the front entrance of the community - its about 160 pesos per trip plus tip ($15 or so) though so that can add up pretty fast - rental car is the way to go. Just know that you need to have proof of foreign insurance printed and with you or else the rental car company will charge you a massive up charge per day for their own required insurance. We learned that the hard way."
