"We had 8 people with us for the 4 bedrooms which was perfect. The condo community was very nice, there were a few beach chairs that you could use during the day if you got there early enough but the real bonus was the fantastic pool. The pool was almost always empty (as was the entire condo community it seemed, I imagine they aren't fully sold yet) and absolutely gorgeous. The only downside was that you really need to have a car to get downtown to the various restaurants etc. unless you want to just stay at the condo/beach and use the kitchen the whole time. You can get a taxi by going to the main desk at the front entrance of the community - its about 160 pesos per trip plus tip ($15 or so) though so that can add up pretty fast - rental car is the way to go. Just know that you need to have proof of foreign insurance printed and with you or else the rental car company will charge you a massive up charge per day for their own required insurance. We learned that the hard way."

"We stayed here in March 2015, and loved every minute of it. I'll start by saying the picture of this place don't really do it justice. The rooms are spacious, the place is beautiful and there's everything you could need (except laundry), including blenders, a coffee maker, lots of dishes, a tonne of towels, etc. The location is stellar...it's right on 5th near the end of the strip in an area that sees some action, but is generally quiet by 12-1am. The AC works very well in all 3 rooms with separate controls and the two bathrooms were well cared for. Don't forget it has a huge balcony AND a rooftop terrace with whirlpool. The only downside - its a 3rd floor walk-up...not a big deal, but it feels worse after a draining day of doing nothing on the beach (which is at most a 6 minute walk away). I'll round this out by saying - Yes I would recommend this place.
Also - the local property managers were friendly and very helpful!!!"

"We recently stayed at Casa Price and wish we could return tomorrow. The casa is perfect in every way. From the spacious bedrooms and living area to the great patio and rooftop terrace. The views are amazing and the beach is perfect! Best of all is Rosa- She is always smiling, happy to help with anything and a great cook! The casa is an easy walk to 5th Avenue either by road or beach. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly. The taxi ride from the Cancun Airport is less than 1 hour and once you arrive getting around by taxi is not expensive. So happy we found Casa Price and can't wait to return next year!!"

"The condo was great and the staff were all very nice. Lovely setup for sitting on the beach in front of the restaurant. A short walk to 5th Ave shops, the Cozumel Ferry and Hertz car rental. We rented a car and drove to the Coba ruins one day, and explored Dos Ojos cenote another."
