  • Absolutely Amazing!

"We could not have asked for more. The house was perfect and had every amenity imaginable. The location is great and having bikes just really made it feel like home. We rode to the grocery store everyday to pick up lunch and loved it. The owner and the staff at the house are very helpful. We can't wait to go back! Casa Milagro feels like home. Thank you!"

  • Serenity in the heart of the action!

"Our family of four spent a week at this amazing place! H1 is an ideal unit in a new complex. The convenience of ground level can't be underestimated, even for our active family. The pool and beach are just steps away. Yet, the H1 unit is set back in a little so you can sit in quiet peace if you prefer. The unique floorplan and interior decor is luxurious. H1 is well kept fully fuctional. Luna is right on the beach and a block off the main drag--5th Avenue. Luna is only a couple blocks from the bus depot and in between the two peers were all the action is. Yet, tucked down by the beach it was quiet and secure for a good nights sleep. While this is a condo, the Luna property staff and Adin the server are politely available to serve you food and drink so it is like a hotel but with the benefit of fully independent units--and much nicer! We liked the fact that there are so many great resturaunts of different venues to try that are so close by such as Wah Wah, Carboncitos, Fusion, etc... Thank you Luna Encantada H1!"

  • Great condo in Playacar, Playa del Carmen.

"This is the perfect location to explore the Mayan Riviera. Playacar is a quiet , private cul de sac of 16 homes with a beautiful pool. One of the best beaches in Mexico is just a 15 minute walk away and the lively town of Playa is a 5 minute taxi ride. The area is safe and well lit for walking back from town at night. The condo is well equipped and Chris -the manager is on site to give advice or assistance if needed. We did not rent a car and did not need one -taxis are cheap and always available and the Ado buses are comfortable and reasonable for longer trips. We spent 6 weeks here this year and hope to rent the same property next year."

  • Fantastic Condo in the Best Building in Playa Del Carmen

"If you want to visit Playa Del Carmen, I don't know how you could do any better than this. It was a wonderful experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. This condo is located just steps away from 5th Avenue. You'll never run out of new restaurants to try or shops to explore. The local management company (Caribbean Beach Properties) employs some very friendly people. They connected with us multiple times and responded to the few issues that we had almost instantly. They even had the unit ready before 1:00 (official check in time is 3:00) despite the fact that another family had just checked out that morning. We also loved the free drinking water that they supplied. The condo was in beautiful condition and well furnished. It has a true wrap-around patio and beautiful views from two different angles. There's only a few spots in the entire unit where you can't see the ocean. Comfortable beds and good air-conditioning meant that we slept quite well during our stay. I only have a few complaints about this unit. The secondary bathroom often had a sewer gas smell, the master bathroom has no door (no privacy if someone else is in the bedroom), and the condo's patio is accessible from the public hallway (so you have no security if you leave a door open for fresh air at night). Also beware that staircases around the property lack proper handrails and the pool can be quite difficult for those with disabilities to enter and exit. Other than these few things, our stay was perfect. We'd do it again in a heartbeat."
