  • Excellent location, beautiful grounds, felt at ease.

"We loved staying here! It was the perfect location as we could walk everywhere! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The unit was in excellent condition and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. The grounds of the property are beautiful and well manicured, with flowers everywhere! And the view of the beach and ocean was breath-taking! We would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future! Thank you!"

  • Great Location!

"We stayed with our two young children at the Natz Ti Ha for one week in February! We could not ask for a better location. Literally steps away from the beach ( great for those every 10 minute potty breaks from my 3 year old) and a few blocks away from 5th Avenue. We loved strolling the streets at night and trying all the different restaurants! The pool in the condo was a great way to get some shade after the beach and there were always plenty of chairs available. Staff was speedy and attentive :) Debbie was great to work with when planning our vacation!"

  • Wonderful.

"We stayed at Casa Alcazar for a week in February 2015 to celebrate my father's 75th birthday and my stepdaughter's 25th birthday. We ranged in age from 11 to 75, and the home was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. We loved the communal spaces! The outdoor patio and garden, the dining room and kitchen, the open air lounge between the upstairs rooms, and to the bird's nest balcony were such wonderful gathering spots for all of us. The uppermost balcony is probably not suited for very young children or elderly, but was fine for our group. The pool is only a few steps away, the tennis courts and beach only about a 5 minute walk. The beach is quieter than the surrounding resorts areas and we did not feel a need to use the adjacent resort at all. The owner was beyond gracious in managing a scheduling challenge prior to our arrival and went above and beyond to help us. Ulla was a perfect host, and not only helped make our stay more comfortable but helped us pick perfect experiences for our family. A highlight was a gourmet meal prepared out the house by Chef Paco that featured regional cuisine and made for a perfect celebratory dinner. We had no trouble during our stay but the couple of times we needed to reach Ulla she was immediately responsive. We would highly recommend and so grateful that we enjoyed such a memorable family experience!"

  • Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommended

"We had 8 people with us for the 4 bedrooms which was perfect. The condo community was very nice, there were a few beach chairs that you could use during the day if you got there early enough but the real bonus was the fantastic pool. The pool was almost always empty (as was the entire condo community it seemed, I imagine they aren't fully sold yet) and absolutely gorgeous. The only downside was that you really need to have a car to get downtown to the various restaurants etc. unless you want to just stay at the condo/beach and use the kitchen the whole time. You can get a taxi by going to the main desk at the front entrance of the community - its about 160 pesos per trip plus tip ($15 or so) though so that can add up pretty fast - rental car is the way to go. Just know that you need to have proof of foreign insurance printed and with you or else the rental car company will charge you a massive up charge per day for their own required insurance. We learned that the hard way."
